Eclectic Gem with a Garden Terrace in Midtown

The apartment is located one block south of Piedmont Park’s leafy walking paths in Atlanta’s vibrant Midtown neighborhood. Some of the city’s trendiest restaurants, cafes, nightlife spots, and boutiques are just a stroll away. Atlanta's rail transportation called MARTA has its Midtown station on 10th Street just four blocks west with connecting buses at the station. Lyft and Uber are usually within a two minute wait any time of day or night so there is no need for a rental car. The streets are lighted at night and relatively safe for walking; however, just like in any major city, your attention should be focused on your surroundings and not on your smartphone. At just over 700 sq. ft., this one bedroom, one bath with full kitchen and laundry has plenty of room for two. The outside terrace is 300 sq. ft. and overlooks garden designed with a focus on Southern horticulture with Camellia, Hydrangea, Crape Myrtle, Rhododendron, Azalea, Hosta, Gardenia and numerous mature Japanese Maples. The location is in Central Midtown and a short walk to many bars, restaurants, coffee houses, two grocery supermarkets, numerous specialty shops and retail areas and of course Piedmont Park is 250 feet from your doorstep. In addition to Piedmont Parks jogging & biking, the Atlanta Beltline offers miles more with an entrance at the park and of course there is no charge for either Piedmont Park (except pool) or the Atlanta Beltline. Decor is an eclectic blend of family antiquities and modern comfort with a flair for the unique. Piedmont Park Corner Unit

This is a beautiful airbnb. On the smaller side, but very comfortable. Walls need a little attention to cleaning, however I have no complaints about the place. Parking was a little tedious. There are 2 different gates to pass through. One afternoon I was stuck for more than 15 minutes getting out of the deck, due to one of the gates being broken. Not Pasha's issue but something to consider. This is in a very walkable neighborhood with many food options, which we loved. Piedmont Park is across the street, NICE.

This was our first visit to Atlanta. We loved the luxury of being able to come and go without worrying about valet fees or parking issues. The apartment was super clean and welcoming. Loved the rooftop views and casual setting by the pool and BBQs. The apartment had everything we needed for a very relaxing oasis after being out in the heat seeing sights.... including welcome snacks and wine! Great location for walking to nearby eateries and seeing the Puppet Center! And easy driving to so many of Atlanta's sights! Everyone we encountered in the Midtown area and greater Atlanta were very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We'd love to visit again!

Definitely one of the best Airbnb/Host i’ve booked with. I booked this trip last minute one week before my trip, but the Host responded back to me within minutes as soon as I was interested, and sent me all the information I needed to know as soon as I booked. The check in process was very smooth and easy, she explained everything clear with no confusion. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly how it is in the pictures, with a beautiful view you wouldn’t want to miss out, I’m telling you! Overall 10/10 experience, most definitely will be booking this Airbnb again when i’m back in Atlanta!

A Relaxing Midtown Escape

David and Michael are awesome hosts! The location was stunning and comfortable, with the most beautiful balcony. We were able to spend much of our time walking through the neighborhood for most of our activities and restaurants and everything felt extremely safe! David and Michael gave us recommendations to go to the local Jazz festival and checked in with us via message and in passing to ensure we were doing well and enjoying ourselves! We were so lucky to stay at this location, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area! 😊
