Monthly Rentals in Midtown - Downtown, Columbia

Great place in downtown Columbia. Near great restaurants and shops. The place was immaculate. We stayed from Wednesday night through Friday night. There is a bar below the apartment. It was fine on Wednesday and Thursday as any noise died down by 10 PM. Friday night was a different story as there was noise until 3 AM. The host was a great communicator, answering any questions promptly. He gave good restaurant suggestions. Overall, a great experience.

I loved staying at Lora's place: peaceful neighbourhood, quiet building, and just five minutes walk to USC campus. I stayed for a month while on a research fellowship at USC and this is the perfect place for an extended stay. Lora and Tatiania responded to my queries immediately; building management were also helpful in eg issuing parking permits.

My son and I stayed here the night before touring U of South Carolina. The unit was eclectic and spacious with great light had everything we needed and more. Shannon was extremely responsive and all directions were thorough and clear. Loved the old building turned into lofts--gorgeous space. would definitely stay here again – thanks Shannon!

I stay at Melissa's place every time I come to Columbia and am very comfortable there. The gym is also a huge plus.
