Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on vacation days. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Kappl! The home was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The pool area was truly a highlight—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. everything was perfect. The accommodation was easy to reach. You could get in flexibly and easily. Very cozy and clean, we lacked nothing in the furnishings. The bathing pond is surprisingly well chosen and could be used throughout. The sauna offers plenty of seating and lounging areas with a beautiful viewing window and breathtaking views directly into the forest The surroundings were quiet and full of nature, perfect for hiking experiences. Martin was always easy to reach. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back. Thank you so much for this great experience.

A great stay, everything was clean and if you need a break and a lot of peace then you are right here. The view from my balcony was simply fabulous, I could look directly at the mountains! For my dog it was also a paradise as the area had such great hiking trails! As soon as you had a question, I got an answer in no time! It was worth the money! Thank you so much I will be back!!

My sons (25 and 13) and I used and enjoyed the apartment during our ski vacation. We would come back any time and were totally thrilled with the location, the amenities and Marcel's open, friendly and courteous manner. Simply great!

Great apartment with wonderful mountain views. We were happy to use the sauna and steam room in the basement. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A coffee maker would have been great. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about.

My husband loved the spa area... the room was very well appointed and updated. The pre arrival instructions had a hiccup.. the bnb messaging wasnt the best way to communicate. It was more of a hotel type approach than an airbnb so the host varied I guess.. But when we arrived everything was organized and easy.. I just did not know for sure until we arrived.. The location and accomodations were very special.. Would definitely stay here again..

Andrea and Laura’s apartment has everything you need and more. It feels like home away from home and is beautifully furnished to feel cosy and welcoming. The surroundings are so peaceful, I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here.
