Holiday rentals with beach access in Mil Palmeras

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Lovely apartment stocked with everything you need for your stay. Really close to Cabo Roig strip with lots of bars and restaurants within a short distance. Beach at back of property and great views of sea and area from the balcony. Host was kind enough to let us stay later to help with a late evening flight so 5 stars from us. Many thanks again

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, en primera línea de playa. El edificio es antiguo pero la vivienda está reformada y bien cuidada.

This Air B & B was little gem to find especially with been so dog friendly. The best way I can describe it is very home from home . The ground floor had terrace fab & secure for our cockapoo so great if you had young children. In the store under stairs had everything you needed to take to the beach or use on the patio eg sun bed, beach parasol even a small body board so unexpected extras. Towels were available also The bar-cue was clean and waiting to be used and patio table with four chairs and cushion were all in great conditions. Up the outdoor stair case into the covered terrace like conservatory was my favourite room to longe by night with the door open to the lovely climate outdoors with a comfortable L shape sofa and great table with stools to play games or have tapas and in our case where cockapoo laid on the lovely cool tiled floor & he slept there at night. The lounge and kitchen had all modern furniture and kitchen appliances. The shower room was great. Eva host fabulously

Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Julieta, tout est parfait: décoration, espaces, c’est très fonctionnel et pratique! Le quartier est calme et proche des restaurants, je recommande notamment Vino Divino Bar Restaurante sur la Plaza Nueva . Le jardin méditerranéen et d’une manière générale tout l’extérieur sont top!Proximité également à pied de la plage et du très beau Paséo Sardinero ! On peut se garer facilement dans la rue et les axes routiers pour visiter , sont tout proches! Une belle expérience que je recommande à 100%!

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Magnifique endroit ! Convivial, on s’y sent comme à la maison ! Plage à proximité et super terrasse pour passer du temps à l’extérieur !

Casa preciosa muy cerca del mar y muy tranquila en el mes de Mayo, me ha dado pena que se acabara tan rápido. Lo hemos pasado fantástico. Gracias.

Familie på 13, derav 8 voksne og 5 barn (fra0-6 år), hadde et fantastiske opphold i dette huset og stedet. Huset og uteområde fremsto mye finere enn bildene i annonsen. Barna kosa seg i det oppvarma bassenget, vi voksne også. Utekjøkkenet var i bruk hver dag. Gangavstand til en flott strand, restauranter og lekeplasser. Vi hadde leid biler så enkelt å komme seg til Mercadona. Peter svarte raskt. Hyggelige verter på innsjekk og utsjekk. Alle var skjønt enige om at de gjerne ville tilbake til huset. Mvh Sonja

Was allowed to check in early which was great as landed early. Villa was amazing…. Having 3 bathrooms was a god send as everyone could shower at their leisure Golf course was stunning and restaurant done lovely food - 16 min walk from villa Getting to nearest village / bars etc is short taxi ride Pavo was extremely helpful and always quick to respond Will defo rent again !!!!!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

We love this area. Had a fabulous holiday there with our family. The house was exceptional. Just what we needed for 5 adults. The down stairs room was well equipped with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom, tv, air conditioning and spacious place. The main house has a spacious living area with plenty of seating, table and chairs, tv, fan and air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped, microwave, fridge freezer, cups etc... The outside area is a lovely place to sit, there is a cupboard outside with umbrellas, beach chairs etc.... Pool area is clean and safe. 15-20 mins walk to a number of beaches. Will definitely book again.

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph.
