Small but very nice apartment, everything new and clean, very quiet area, ideal to disconnect. The host explains perfectly how to get there.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

We enjoyed Jurij’s lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, well appointed, and nicely furnished and equipped. He kept in touch to make sure everything was running smoothly.We were lucky to have good weather and benefitted from the outside space.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for 12 nights and had a fabulous time. Spain was super hot during end of May / June so the air con in the living room and bedroom was very welcomed! The place was super clean, had everything we needed. We ate in for some breakfasts and lunches and then for dinners we were 10 minutes or less walk from some really great local restaurants. Beach was a 15 minute walk away, live music and bar serving food and drinks! The boulevard is a 10 minute walk away and also has some lovely restaurants. The pool was very clean. We were fortunate enough to have the pool to ourselves on some days. It was nice and peaceful with plenty of shade if you need it. The outdoor terrace was great to sit out and read and have a drink, especially with the cover that goes over. Plenty of seating space, lovely clean place, Elena and her husband were great hosts. Will definitely come back again! Thanks again! ☺️ xx

Totally recommended!! the house is beautiful, with all amenities. It was all gleaming. She takes care of every detail, it was like being at home. Everything is very happy. And Arjan is always available, attentive and with quick communication. We will definitely be back!!!

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Location was amazing and I cannot say enough about the apartment. We have a family place close by and would easily book this again and would recommend it to other members. If anything it’s undersold on here and makes a perfect location in Cabo roig/la zenia

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!

I had a truly amazing stay at Annette's lovely home from home. It was super-well equipped and had literally everything you needed. The view from the roof terrace was awesome and I felt very secure and safe as I'm a lady that was there alone for some of my 4-week stay. Alan, the super-host that greeted us was beyond helpful and lovely and recommended lots of local places to eat etc. and literally couldn't do enough for us - amazing chap! The pool was great and just a few metres away - the photos don't do it justice. This place is nestled in between Torrevieja centre and La Mata beach so is peaceful and quiet enough to chill out but only a stones-throw from all the action. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again - it has everything you need to feel comfortable and as though you have all of your creature comforts. I'm already looking to book again! You won't be disappointed ;)

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Jesus was very approachable and gave clear instructions. It was nice to walk on the beach and there was plenty of space at the swimming pool.
