Apartment in the old town center of Millau

The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet small pedestrian street near Place Foch. The accommodation is on the first floor. It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and for bicycles or other.

Cozy, cozy and independent studio

Located in Millau, close to Victory Park and food shops and a few minutes' walk from the city center, the studio is accessible from a courtyard adjoining our house. The entrance is independent, and a small outdoor area is at your disposal. The proposed space is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen/living room, shower area and toilet; the bedroom is upstairs, open in mezzanine and accessible by a staircase without railings. You have a covered terrace with unobstructed views of the Larzac plateau, the bell tower of Notre-Dame church and the Millau Belfry. Secure parking nearby (La Capelle underground parking) or parking spaces in the city center, or free parking (Rue des Hortes) a 10-minute walk away.

Close to Rodez, Aubrac, Millau, Gorges du Tarn, this home is ideal for 2 people who want to discover the region in an original place. The house has a very charming architecture completely renovated that offers a private terrace. You can enjoy the calm of the village. Be prepared, there are no shops in the village (10 min drive to nearest shops)
