Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mimice

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Stunning location, amazing house - spacious, peaceful & surrounded by nature. Simple, clean, modern with outstanding host. Exceeded our expectations - the family loved it. We can't wait to come back!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

If we could give this 5,000,000 stars out of 5, we would. Irena & Đuro treated us like family from the moment we arrived and we'll be grateful to them forever! If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

Fantastic nice place, absolutely lived up to expectations. Beautiful view! All we needed in terms of facilities. Very practical with three bedrooms + three bathrooms. A little annoying with barking from dogs in the distant neighborhood, but nothing that spoiled the good overall impression. We will gladly come back and can safely recommend the place to others. Perfect for a family of 5-6 people.

Short version: Location MEGA! Top facilities! Communication friendly and super! Extremely relaxing. Book immediately when it is available. Longer version: The property and house are absolutely secluded in complete tranquility and nature. Everything is very well thought out and high quality! The artificial turf on the badminton/volleyball/football field is the highest quality artificial turf I have ever been on. There is a karaoke system by the pool that is simply great. The outdoor kitchen and "grill room" is excellent. The buggies are a lot of fun. The water on the beach is incredibly clear and invites you to dive in. Everything was super clean. Charcoal, airsoft guns, buggies and bicycles were in impeccable condition and belong to the house. The 3 terraces were perfectly located and the outdoor furniture, matching and comfortable and of good quality. A nice little place with restaurants and a supermarket is nearby. It was really outstanding. Thank you very much for everything🙏🏼

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! Just a wonderful apartment, perfect distance from the lovely town of Jelsa, nice and quiet and with immediate access to the water. Bojana is a wonderful host, incredibly generous and kind, she quickly felt more like a friend than just a host. We would love to come back. If this apartment is available for your stay then book it now!

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Bojan and his family were super friendly and helpful. The appartement is modest, but has everything you need. It has a nice terrace with beautiful views. We had the luck that the neighbouring apartment was empty, so we could use their terrace, which is bigger and has even better views. There’s a beautiful small beach right in front of the apartment, which you can reach by some stairs or a path. And another beautiful beach at a 10 minute walk. We had a beautiful time, absolute recommended!

Wow! First of all, the house is right next to the sea with a gorgeous patio and breathtaking views. You enter through a stunning garden, up a few steps to the terrace with the garden view and then enter to a spacious, airy space that has nice decor and everything you need. Beautiful beaches are just steps away. Walk around the corner to the harbor and a choice of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee shops. Postira is a charming, historic, clean island village. I would absolutely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We enjoyed our time at Kikica. Peaceful, nice surroundings, easy and short access to the beach which we really enjoyed. In the house you’ll find everything you can imagine, from shower gels to plastic bags for ice cubes :) very clean! Ana was very responsive though messages for any advice it help. Unfortunately we didn’t meet but maybe next time because we are coming aging for shure. Thank you Ana!

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

We absolutely loved our stay! Antonia is such a warm and kind person. She helped us out with questions, ordered a taxi for us, and recommendations of where to go on the island. The apartment itself is beautiful and cozy. Thank you Antonia for a wonderful time and for your husband who showed up the ferry with my name on it, and the delicious snacks, wine, and marmalade. It meant a lot.

Don’t hesitate to book Biljana’s Suite Celebration. It looked just like the photos inside the apartment and having two bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies. It was clean, very comfy beds, ac in all rooms and shower and tub in big bathroom were awesome. If coming with a car there is parking in the street in front of the building but it could be tough if you come later in the day or night, but Biljana helped us find parking and is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Riva. Many restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies within walking distance. Thanks Biljana my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!
