Wonderful lodging, great hosts, perfect setting and location while attending a family gathering.

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

My husband and I chose this spot to get married, and choosing this Condo with Scott and his wife make the trip just that much better! It is CLEAN, tidy, and has everything you may need. The view is breathtaking, and Scott as well as his wife quickly responded to us when we needed help with water pressure issues, in less than 12 hours someone was there to fix it! I cannot recommend this enough! Choose this place, and you'll be happy, well rested, and will miss it the second you leave!

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

Ken’s beach house was clean, relaxing and exactly what we needed! The deck had beautiful views that were perfect for morning coffee. The beach was peaceful and quiet. The local food was delicious. Absolutely would recommend and would love to visit again.

The house is very homely feeling… like a lived in home vs. a sterile, minimalist vacation home, very well equipped- there was lots of amenities to use the kitchen, plenty of places to sit and eat. It was a sufficient space for our purposes. The pool could use a bit of a cleaning or “makeover”. There were a lot of cool plants and a great large table to sit and enjoy the peace out on the patio. The decor was a little bright/80s/90s/eclectic and not my style but if that doesn’t bother you - this place is fine. I really struggled with the queen sized bed- it’s VERY HIGH (I’m 5’3” and had to practically jump into it) and it was quite uncomfortable. The house could use some updates but otherwise was clean and well appointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Susan was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. The location was perfect for our trip, and we truly appreciated the little touches that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d definitely love to come back in the future. This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Studio C is a gem. Perfect for a short getaway or long vacation. Very central, easy access to great eateries and bars. Christine was a pleasure to work with, any questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The place is so comfy and cozy. Definitely recommend , and will use again .

Wonderful little stay up in Titusville. Looks the same as the pictures and is very cozy. Host was amazing and extremely helpful and understanding. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay. It was much larger than we expected and very comfortable. The pictures don’t really do justice for how spacious it is.

What great hosts! We had a few issues after check in and they were so responsive to each call. Sometimes things can happen at a rental but Jacqueline and David were fabulous at getting back to us and taking care of things. The house was great, pool beautiful and everything was clean and just as described in the app. Thanks for a great stay. Would 10/10 recommend.

We had an absolute blast at Bob and Shannon’s house in Titusville! The spacious pool area was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Florida sun. The ping pong table was a great addition, and our family spent hours having friendly competitions. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. If you're looking for a fun and relaxing getaway centrally located to so many great things to do, look no further! We will definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

Beautiful spot in a beautiful town

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

Greta stay ! Beautiful sunrise views from private balcony. Close to several restaurants we tried and a microbrewery also Starbucks a block away. There is a CVS, gift shop , 7-11 and so much more in walking distance . Even though building was under construction due to last hurricane, there was no noise or disturbances. We could walk down ramp to beach .

Great place to stay for beautiful views and relaxation. Walkable distance to great food and short walk to peaceful beach!! Loved our stay and this place had all that you need! Really clean and well kept!
