Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mindanao

The place was super clean and spacious - even with 12 of us staying there, it never felt cramped. We loved how the beach was just right outside the accommodation. There's even a cute little swing! The view was beautiful, and we got to catch the sunset too. Kaputian Beach Park is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of stores around- carinderias, convenience stores, and even BBQ stalls at night. There's also a market nearby if you're after fresh seafood. On our last day, we actually bought fish straight from the fishermen- it was caught at 3 AM that same day! Check-in and check-out were super smooth, thanks to the owner and caretaker being really responsive. We honestly loved everything about the place. If we ever visit Samal again, we're definitely booking here a second time.

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

Marina's place is the ideal location for people who want to step away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The nights are quiet except for the sound of the waves. we needed a break and this place gave us just what we needed. The caretakers are always ready to assist when you need them as they are only a text or call away and they live nearby. It's quite a steep climb though (stairs) so if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you.

my family loved the place. the kids enjoyed the pool. the home was clean and bug free. we used both the indoor kitchen and outdoor cooking area which help with preparing fish. the home has a unique layout and offers enough space to not be crowded together. the home is easy to relax in. my wife is already planning to return because the location is a good starting point for day trips.

The place was nice and quiet with lots of room to stay. For people who loves it surf or want to surf in Davao , this place is very close to Dahican beach. Beautiful ocean there .

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

Place is clean and easy to find. Host was very friendly and accommodating. However, if you're planning to work/need fast and stable Internet, there are times that the Internet couldn't handle video calls for work. Other than that, everything was smooth and perfect.

Jeanne and her dad were the most welcoming hosts. We had a small accident before we arrived and they took such great care of us. The place itself is great, the view from the balcony is amazing!

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

We had a great stay in Gen’s place. Really love the whole vibe and peaceful ambiance making us feel right at home. I also commend Ate Marilyn for taking care of us during our whole stay. We’ll surely be back when we return to Siquijor. Tip: Please also try Baha Bar’s Kinilaw! Best I’ve tried so far! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent a perfect week in Panglao in the accommodation offered by Jeralyn. Close to the French Touch Diving center where we spent most of our days. The accommodation was very clean and the sheets changed regularly. It's a very nice place, away from the road.

I had an amazing experience renting an Airbnb at AEON Towers. Everything was spotless, stylish, and comfortable, and Maam Levyl was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

Great Stay, Best Choice, Super Host This was the best choice we made for our trip to Davao. The location is great and accessible. The place itself has great value (plenty of storage, tidy bathroom, hangers and towels provided, numerous power outlets, etc.), but what sets this place apart is the experience with the hosts, Tad and Maychelle. The airlines changed our flight schedule twice, and both times the hosts were generous with helping us through our untimely arrival. They went the extra mile to host us comfortably. It was an unforgettable trip to Davao in large part because our hosts were kind and excellent. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Davao.

Hands down best communication I have had through Airbnb. Everyone was so helpful with transportation arrangements and information on activities to do while visiting Bohol. Would Highly recommend staying at this property.
