Holiday rentals with beach access in Minehead

A very nice flat with fantastic seaviews. Has everything that you need and the communication with the host was always exemplary.

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

Fantastic little spot, 5 mins walk to the harbour 10mins to the center of town. Views were stunning and the photo's and description didn't really do it justice, better than we expected. Perfect spot to explore the North Coast.

Great stay. First things first: the views are stunning. The flat is bigger than I expected and is perfect for a family of 4. The flat is well equipped and with all you need for your stay like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, soap, even some toiletries and kitchen supplies like cling film etc (big thank you for that!) which means you can arrive with just your suitcase. Only missing thing is a dishwasher but we weren’t cooking complex meals. Parking in the street is fine but you might have to tour neighbouring streets for a spot. Over all we had a great time and would highly recommend the place.

Really lovely stay. Alison was very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely few days exploring the beautiful coastline.

Great location, with amenities - and views across Charmouth to the sea - just as shown in photos. Just 10 minutes or so wander downhill to the sea and only half a mile from the village centre with a good (early until 9.00pm) convenience store, small bakery, pharmacy and pubs. Lots of coastal and inland walks within relatively short drives and easy access to Lyme Very responsive host.

We spent two wonderful nights at this stunning location, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! The views are amazing and as a bonus, we spotted a couple of seals swimming in the sea most days, which was the perfect way to wrap up our weekend. The apartment was not only clean and tidy but also stylish and easily accessible. We can't wait to return in the new year!

I was genuinely impressed by how comfortable and cozy the apartment was. Everything is done with care and attention to detail — it’s clear a lot of love went into creating this space. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. The location is also great, especially if you’re travelling without a car. My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

We had the most wonderful week at the Rocket House. James has created the most wonderfully welcoming and enjoyable space. The house was truly more beautiful than we anticipated. It had everything we needed. The amenities were functional and well-appointed. The whole house was well-suited for our needs and was incredibly livable. My favorite part was the windows. If I have to clean up from dinner, the view made it so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the house was spotless and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Also, learning about the history of the house made it more meaningful to discover the specialness of the location and the house's origins. I CANNOT say enough good things about the location. The SW Coast Path is literally just outside the door. The views were stunning. Working with James was a joy. He was communicative, informative, and accommodating. I have already sent this listing to multiple friends!

Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay the might before my wedding. Both lodges were beautiful and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Location is beautiful and Ginetta is a WONDERFUL host. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a perfect stay. Don't think twice about staying here, you won't be dissapointed xxxx

We loved our stay in this very cosy and peaceful house! The beach nearby is super close and the kids enjoyed looking out for fossils and playing in the tar and the waves. We appreciated all the recommendations given by Bronwen in the house files. The house is lovely, very well decorated and cosy. And to quote my son as he entered the bathroom "wow, this is very clean!". Thanks again 😊

Brilliant stay with david & Jill ! Not one bad word to say, amazing location, beautiful view of the marina from the house, the neighbours are AMAZING!! Super friendly and gave us loads of recommendations of what to do with the kids & where. Decor is stunning and different, was hard work keeping everything safe and intact from the kids but enjoyed ourselves none the less. Would absolutely stay again, worth the price every time! Very quiet small village, parking was a bit of a nightmare but considerably cheap for long stay !

We didn't get to enjoy any sightseeing as we were there for work, nice accommodation and bed was super comfy. Thanks for hosting us

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Eddie’s by the sea is the perfect get away! Lovely decor and very clean. What a great location by the sea. Shaun and Mel were great in terms of communication and they had thought of everything you need whilst away. Lovely high power shower and the fudge on arrival was a nice touch too. Emma’s description of The Snug is spot on and her communication was excellent. A slightly unprepossessing exterior belies a very comfortable and cosy apartment. It’s very well equipped with some very thoughtful touches and it had everything we needed for a short stay and was spotless clean. We met the neighbours who were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

A very tasteful modern and pristine apartment with the most amazing views along the Jurassic Coast - what a place to relax. It is reasonably close to the beautiful town of Lyme Regis walking however the return journey is challenging and is not for everyone. It is so convenient though for the many walking routes in the area which we really enjoyed. Thanks Melanie and David for wonderful stay ( loved your new lawn mower David, we might have to get one too! )

Well equipped and comfortable ground floor flat in the centre of Lynton with the bonus of a parking space for a smaller vehicle. Good communication from host. Recommended.

Lyme Nook is a stylish, comfortable and well located apartment. The host's communications and recommendations were excellent. A beautiful, tranquil location next to the river and within easy walking distance to the sea front, restaurants and other attractions at Lyme Regis. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing long weekend break here. Pita communicated really well and her apartment was a home from home. Everything was here, from extra kitchen items ilke foil etc to shower gel and soap in the bathroom. The apartment was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh, it was the small things that made a big difference - like having fresh milk in the fridge and tea and coffee to make a cuppa as soon as we arrived and the welcome pack was wonderful, wine and nibbles went down a treat in the evening! The location is one of the best we have stayed in - ideal if you like swimming, surfing or paddleboarding. Having the lifeguards on the beach from 10am-6pm everyday gave reassurance too. Large sliding doors stayed open until well after 11pm so nice to listen to the waves! Thank you Pita for everything, it was lovely to meet you and we hope to be back next year.

Apartment was lovely, as described and a good location for exploring Ilfracombe and surrounding areas. It is an apartment in a block, so we could hear the apartment above and while we were there, they were very noisy. Local pubs and restaurants were very good and only a short drive to Woolacombe beach, well worth a visit. Communication from Shirley was excellent.

We had a lovely stay at Beckys, the place is very cosy, has everything you could possibly need which is amazing especially when on a little stay and not able to bring everything yourself. The added extras of the milk and cookies was great and really appreciated. Also really comprehensive instructions for everything in the property and amazing guide to eating out etc, made picking somewhere much easier with our dog in tow. Would definitely stay again and would really recommend. Thanks!

We loved our month long stay at the Cwtch! Cozy and clean and easy walking to both the local bus routes and into town. We appreciated the weekly linen exchange. Was a fabulous month!
