We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Built in 1920, the outdoor cottage was totally renovated in 2016/17. It belongs to a disused farm located 5 km from Simbach am Inn. On the ground floor, a bread oven is set in a beautiful vaulted room.( The room is not yet fully furnished and is therefore not yet rented) In addition, a 15 KW piece wood heater is located on the ground floor.
