We are happy to have families with small children and support them where we can. In the apartment there are many useful things such as a highchair, potty or toys. We can provide much more. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen with dining area, entrance area and bathroom. It is a detached apartment with a separate entrance door and its own washing machine. Directly opposite is a lake for swimming. There is a lot for children to do and play on the farm.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. With us at Hadermannhof you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature or you can participate in the hustle and bustle at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Our very quiet attic apartment in a detached house with a comfortable large bed, sofa corner and kitchen offers a good night's sleep in a quiet rural area. The swimming lake with free admission is a 10-minute walk. Thermal region of Geinberg, Bad Füssing Ideal for walks on the Inn (5-minute walk) or bike tours! (+ €2.50 per person / night tourist tax to be paid on site)

Die Wohnung betritt man über eine kleine Garderobe, die zugleich viel Stauraum bietet. Daran schliesst der Wohn/Essbereich, sowie eine seperate Küche, die gut ausgestattet ist. Anschließend befindet sich Schlaf-und Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. TV, Wlan,sowie Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Der Parkplatz befindet direkt am Haus.

Cottage on a farm

Built in 1920, the outdoor cottage was totally renovated in 2016/17. It belongs to a disused farm located 5 km from Simbach am Inn. On the ground floor, a bread oven is set in a beautiful vaulted room.( The room is not yet fully furnished and is therefore not yet rented) In addition, a 15 KW piece wood heater is located on the ground floor.
