Neat and compact little apartment. Lee-Anne’s mom is on site and is super friendly and welcoming. Good water pressure and good wifi signal. Superstore and other stores are within 5 walking minutes. There are some homeless people about the area but they keep to themselves and I did not feel uncomfortable or in any way unsafe. It is a nice place to stay and laundry is available (coin operated- Lee-Anne had left change and some detergent pods too!)

I was pleasantly surprised to discover an AirBnB in my hometown. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos and exceptionally clean. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and provided a welcoming environment. During my stay, the weather reached an extreme -47°C, and Ollie kindly provided an extension cord for my rental vehicle. The suite was located in the basement, so I anticipated it might be cooler during a Manitoba winter; however, a space heater was provided to ensure my comfort. My only minor concern was the steep stairs leading into the suite, although this was clearly shown in the listing photos. Overall, I would gladly stay here again whenever I return to Neepawa—hopefully during warmer weather next time.

My husband and I travel a lot, and this place is exactly as advertised. The guesthouse was perfect for our stay; we were able to enjoy the tranquility of the place and visit Clear Lake. Carolyn was a great host and very flexible with check-in and check-out times. If we have visitors from Spain again, we'll take them to Carolyn's guesthouse again.
