Cozy studio apt easy to access, well equipped, surrounded by lemon trees and with a stunning view over the city and the sea! The studio has its private furnished terrace. Wifi has a strong and stable signal. AC has a dual split system cool/ heat. Your private parking spot is right outside the apartment! Check-in time is flexible but must be coordinated in advance. The house is located in the upper area of Minori, you can reach it by climbing a staircase of 180 steps that start from the street, near the paid parking lot (€15.00 per day). We continue on the farm. The route might be a bit challenging, but the view is breathtaking. The house has an outdoor garden and a private sun terrace with a shower, table, and chairs; it is not shared. Maximum privacy is guaranteed. Tourist tax: €2.00 per day, excluding children up to 14 years of age.
