Cozy studio apt easy to access, well equipped, surrounded by lemon trees and with a stunning view over the city and the sea! The studio has its private furnished terrace. Wifi has a strong and stable signal. AC has a dual split system cool/ heat. Your private parking spot is right outside the apartment! Check-in time is flexible but must be coordinated in advance. L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.

Maika House, finely renovated, is spacious and comfortable, with its balconies overlooking the village. It is 270 steps from the sea and a few minutes walk from Amalfi. The house consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-dining room, two double bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms (one en-suite), equipped with shower cubicle and Jacuzzi. WiFi is free of charge. There is a large balcony with sea view, with table and chairs.

The recently restructured apartment is completely furnished and equipped with every comfort and has a 43 square meters terrace offering a boundless sight of sea and sky… The seventeenth century Moresque bell tower, part of the Santa Maria Maddalena’s Church rises stately close to the house. This church is not as ancient as our dwelling which was built years before. The splendid vaults of the house are evident proof.
