The stay was wonderful, the place was clean, and Laura was very quick to respond to messages. Our kids loved having the pool and the big backyard to play in. The neighborhood was great, we felt safe, close restaurants, and lots to do.

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

Dan’s place was great. Everyone who stayed with us and friends who came over all commented on how beautiful and clean the home was. Neighborhood is great and there’s plenty of room for larger groups. Dan was flexible with checkin time to accommodate us arriving into town a few hours early. Both checkin and checkout were simple. Backyard steals the show.

My family and I enjoyed the stay very much. It was said that if we ever come back to this area, we would love to stay there again. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. The owners did a great job of making us feel very comfortable, the house was spectacular, the accommodations were fantastic, location was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Wish we had stayed longer just to play the vinyls and watch movies from the wide selection of entertainment! Loved the spacious bedrooms. Location was excellent for what brought us to town. I wish I could give a 10 star review! Beautiful little farm house! No TV which I loved. Quaint, peaceful, clean, relaxing. Squeaky front screen door ❤️❤️❤️❤️which added to the uniqueness of this home. Took me back in time to the early “1970’s” when I did live summers in an old farm house in Ronan, Montana. Lindy’s homestead was perfect. Also had a phonograph with old vinyl records adding to the decor and vintage touch!

My 8 sisters and I created lots of memories that week!

Austin and Katherine were super helpful and quick to respond. They were able to let us know when the house was ready for early check in. We were staying for our daughter’s wedding weekend and needed to get in a little early. After check out we realized something may have been left behind. They were quick to respond and allowed us immediate access to go back in and check. I wish we had of had more time at the house but the weekend was packed with activity. The house was close to the venue and easy to get in and out of neighborhood. The house is large and spacious. Didn’t get to enjoy the screened in porch or backyard (due to my schedule) but it looked amazing!!
