Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and plenty of storage.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Possibility to make available on request , a second bed umbrella a high chair is always available.

Quiet and on the edge of the forest, you will find our cottage on our land, not overlooked and totally independent of our house. The cottage consists of a living room with kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Outside, you have the benefit of a furnished terrace. You can discover the Dune du Pilat, Arcachon, the oyster huts and canoe down the Leyre, known as the little Amazon.

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
