A beautiful apartment in a beautiful place. Very tastefully decorated and a lovely feel, with open kitchen and private patio, just birds and sky, no view into neighboring homes. Super comfortable bed and sofa. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach on one side or the bay on the other and also oysters and restaurants and a supermarket all very near by. Or one can rent bikes to explore, a rental spot 10 minutes from the apartment. Jean was a great host, easy to reach and very considerate. We didn't want to leave and can’t wait to return!

Nothing to complain about the accommodation! the comfort is there to have a good stay! only one small downside, when we were present, there was work in front of our accommodation. Great stay in this very beautiful apartment with a beautiful view that evolves according to the tides. Light and bright apartment, spacious very clean and very quiet. The bedding was good and nothing was missing. Everything was perfect including the very large parking . We were very well received by Nicolas who gave us all the necessary explanations about the apartment and answered our various and varied questions. If I come back to Arcachon I would like it to be in this apartment.

Wonderful stay at this home. The location is ideal, the view is incredible and it's very quiet. Very comfortable bedding, great kitchen and very convenient private parking space! In short, everything is great!! Go for it!! I'll book this place again as soon as I get back!

The place is naughty, super clean, functional and very well located. Tastefully decorated and, little more, it smells very good. The environment is quiet and the accommodation is close to all amenities. Nicolas is very nice, welcoming, responsive and accepted that we would come with our dog. A big thank you to him for his kind attention upon arrival. We had a great time and may be back next year. I recommend it.

Small but very well arranged apartment, nice decor, beautiful bedding. But the best thing is the view of the basin... from morning to night on the beautiful terrace we enjoy! Bikes are essential to reach the center of Arcachon by the bike path that starts 2 steps from the residence. I hope to come back.

Emmanuel's accommodation is perfectly located: quiet, ocean view, supervised beach nearby, pedestrian path along the beach to the center of Lacanau... Clean studio, very well located in a quiet environment, close to all amenities. Communication with Audrey and Jérémy is easy. Recommended place to stay However, do not count on the bike room of the residence, which is already full. On the other hand, there is enough to attach your bikes to the parking lot, which includes dedicated spaces.

Great weekend at Mathieu's, the apartment is clean and very well equipped. The building is quiet, secure and you can park your car there. I highly recommend it!

The place is great. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. We were in the accommodation out of season and had virtually no neighbors! Gaëlle is a great host who takes care of all occasions directly and always responds quickly. The sea is within a few minutes' drive. The lake (Plage du Moutchic) is also just a few minutes away by car. The apartment has everything you need and is great for a longer stay. If you want to go to Bordeaux for a day, you can easily walk to the Marie Curie stop. The complex where the apartment is located is well maintained and even has a pool. Parking is available right outside the door. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the apartment.
