Meals from breakfast to dinner are bookable as an extra facility to your stay by the bistrot/restaurant of the tenuta.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Country House Mimosa – Relax in the Jacuzzi

Independent house surrounded by the vineyards of Monferrato, inside the Colle Manora Estate. Set on three levels, it offers 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room with kitchen corner, and a cozy attic relaxation area. Outside, a private jacuzzi with panoramic views (open from April 1st to September 30th). Perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in the UNESCO-listed hills, just a short drive from Asti, Alessandria, and top local wineries.

Charming vacation home in the town center, perfect stop for nature and tranquility lovers. The house is located in the center of the village, on a private street and in addition to having several green areas and a very large courtyard where you can also park your car; it enjoys a breathtaking view visible from most of the windows. You can enjoy the view from our panoramic terrace where you can sit and appreciate our hills in peace.

Private garden with outdoor dining area, charming historic cellar, and parking for 3 cars. Surrounded by quiet and beautiful hills.

A paradise with an adjoining villa! House with a Parisian flavor with a breathtaking view to spend romantic and unforgettable days. In the center of the village of Lu Monferrato, in the heart of the Monferrato hills, 3 double bedrooms (2 with 160x190 beds) and one with French bed. The blue room has a bathroom in the suite. 2 other bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom. All services available in the village.
