We had a great time at Monica’s place. A very beautiful, peaceful, and enchanting place. The garden is extremely beautiful and perfect for breakfast and enjoying the sun. The views from the 2nd garden were also breathtaking. The area is very peaceful, historic, and beautiful. The hosts were very kind and responsive too. Very recommended and the price is worth the quality!

Great place. The host was very nice, responsive and helpful with recommendations and constantly checking in. The house was very comfortable and clean, perfect for families looking to stay in this beautiful town. We had a rental car which made it easy to go around the town. The location was private and full of luscious orange and lemon trees which was definitely a very luxurious surprise for us !! Would definitely recommend holidus beautiful place to any groups or families looking to visit minturno.

The Villa is a great house with one of the best views on the lake. It is spacious, has great outdoor spaces, and has nice furniture and art throughout. Location is great as it is close to Scanno piazza but also near the highway to Sulmona and other towns as well. Hosts were great as well.

Franco è stato un host molto gentile e cordiale. Ci è venuto incontro per tutte le mostre necessità. Molto disponibile. L'appartamento era situato in una posizione comoda per spese, visita ai luoghi d'interesse e facile da raggiungere con i bagagli.

Il nostro soggiorno nell’Airbnb di Francesca è stato meraviglioso. Francesca tratta i suoi ospiti come familiari, e l’Airbnb è pulito, tranquillo e comodo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

A lot of houses in Italy are called "Villa". Giosis home really deserves the name "Villa". It is spacious, private, has everything you need. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay as a family of 5. You feel like you are in the nowhere but supermarket and lovely little village is close. We had the best pizza of our life there. Neaple, visuv, pompeii are reachable within 1h-1,5h by car are "must-see" trips if you are there. thanks Giosi for your trust and having us.

La maison de Luca est tout simplement incroyable! Nichée dans la montagne, fraîche malgré la chaleur, superbement décorée et accueillante. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce également à la générosité et la sympathie de Luca et de Giuseppina. À recommander sans hésiter.

Tolles Haus inmitten der Natur mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben das gesamte Haus gemietet - offenbar kann das Erdgeschoss sowie das Obergeschoss separat angemietet werden. Der Pool ist zwar zum Schwimmen recht klein - für eine Abkühlung jedoch allemal ausreichend. Der Garten ist wirklich toll. Man findet hier allerlei Obst und hatten sogar die Möglichkeit etwas probieren zu dürfen. Wichtig zu erwähnen wäre die Tatsache, dass der Eigentümer im Nebengebäude wohnt. Dies hat uns aber nicht gestört. Eine Abrundung unseres Aufenthalts war ein Stadtfest mit lokalen Spezialitäten zum Essen und Trinken sowie musikalischen Darbietungen. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten zwischen Meer und Bergen.

A great place to stay, well located and walking distance to the town square and restaurants. Correspondence was great, including restaurant suggestions. The pool is excellent, photos don’t do it justice! The property was a lot bigger than expected. Only negative is that the first floor single beds aren’t singles they aren’t suitable for adults and the lift broke, which was a bit of an inconvenience for my father in law. However, the cots and bed bumpers provided for kids were good. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.

Villa Nino is perfect for a relaxing stay. The Villa was spotlessly clean and the views spectacular. Very quick to access the local beach and town. I would say you definitely need to rent a car. Giuseppe was very quick to respond to our queries and we definitely hope to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

Nous venons de passer un merveilleux séjour dans cette jolie maison extrêmement paisible. Tout est fait pour s’y sentir comme à la maison ; accueillante, chaleureuse, très joliment décorée, très bien équipée, très propre. Le jardin au milieu des oliviers équipé de hamacs et d’un grand barbecue est un vrai plaisir et la piscine un bonheur pour tous (transat, parasol…) . Les lits sont très confortables et la clim la bienvenue. Le village est très calme (il faut absolument aller découvrir le restaurant ! Un délice) . L’environnement est magnifique. Notre hôte a été très disponible réactive et chaleureuse. Les horaires arrivée et départ ont été flexibles. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.
