Located in the heart of 4 hectares of orchards, we will welcome you to our family home "Les Chabannes" in Mirmande. Enjoy the countryside, while being 4 km from one of the most beautiful villages in France. In the seasons, you will taste the fruits of the garden: cherries, apricots, figs, almonds, and peach trees from the village producers! You will have access to a swimming pool, ping-pong, trampoline, and swing, less than 1 hour 30 minutes from the center of Lyon, and 10 minutes from the entrance to the A7 motorway.

Come and discover this beautiful farm from 1740, renovated only by David and Véro in 2017 (photo of renovation on USB stick visible on large screen TV). To visit the hilltop villages: La Garde Adhémar, Clansayes, Saint Restitut, as well as the markets of Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, less than an hour away the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont du Gard, the crocodile greenhouse, the gorges of Toulourenc, the castles of Grignan, Suze la Rousse, Mont Ventoux (visible from the terrace). Beautiful wooden terrace around the pool, dining area under the awning, lounge area, deckchairs and BBQ.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
