This apartment with a/c is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house in a beautiful neighborhood of Senigallia, a short walk from the historic center and the beach. It has a garden in front of the house and an exclusive one in the back, with access from the kitchen, with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast and lunch in the shade of the trees. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso machine and all other small appliances. Washing machine in a separate room.

Summer 2025 in Senigallia ☀️🏖️ "Il mare in città" is a charming apartment in the heart of Senigallia, a stone's throw from the sea. It was my home for a long time and now I make it available to you, my traveling friends. Kitchen and living room in an open space environment, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and full amenities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and bedroom. Access is via Self Check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

In a family setting surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet and well-served area a stone's throw from the sea with a municipal swimming pool, tennis courts and ping pong, it is ideal for spending your holidays relaxing, without giving up healthy sports activities. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, a 5-minute bike ride to the center and a 10-15 minute walk. Tourist tax: €1/day per guest to be paid in cash at check-out, up to a maximum of 7 days, children under 15 years are exempt.

The apartment, located on the ground floor of a villa in a very quite place of the city center (Villa Iris), is ideal for holidays or business stays, is located a few hundred meters from the historic center and the main seafront and has a free fenced internal parking for one car, with access via an electric gate, a real convenience and rarity for the central location of the structure, where it is a problem to find a parking space even outside the tourist season.

Prestigious apartment in a historic building from the early 19th century in the center of Assisi overlooking the central Piazza del Comune, therefore not completely silent. BREAKFAST includes a typical Italian breakfast at the BAR TROVELLESI under the house. The ZTL times may vary, so we advise all guests to pay attention and look at the times on the displays before entering the gates with the cameras. CHECK-IN at 4:00 PM CHECK-OUT at 10:00 AM

Renovated studio apartment located in a condominium. It is 800 meters from the sea and 1.4km from the historic center, 100 meters from the supermarket. Equipped kitchen, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, everything you need to cook. Bathroom and bedroom are complete with laundry. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and bike service. Small equipped balcony, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The Guest House of the Tavignano Estate

The Tavignano estate is located in the heart of the Marche region, within the famous DOC of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, between the valleys of the river Esino and the Musone on one side, and between the Apennines and the sea on the other side. From the highest promontory of the Estate dominates the manor house, which houses the barrique, the family house, and an elegant Guest House.

It is a cozy retreat for couples who wants to have a base to explore the area. Not suitable for big families or couples with big dogs. Not suitable for people taller than 1,90cm.
