In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 1,400 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Ahegg is located at an altitude of 850 m to 1000 m and is a climatic health resort. In about 500 m there is a very nice pond that invites you to swim and in winter to ice skate. The Allgäu circular bike path leads directly past the house. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful opportunities for winter sports and hikes. By car you are in approx. 15 minutes in the city of Kempten, which invites you to enjoy nice restaurants and shopping.
