Apartment for up to 4 people with bathroom and balcony. Indoor swimming pool use in the holiday park free of charge. Hiking trails and ski lifts at the house. Quiet and relaxing. In the apartment there is a kitchen-living room with a stove, oven, fridge, TV, CD and DVD player. The apartment is equipped with new laminate floors in the living and bedroom, the corridor has been tiled. Smoke detectors are installed. Suitable for allergy sufferers. Towels are available for you in sufficient quantity.

Our apartment in the outdoor area with magnificent mountain views of the Allgäu Alps offers a relaxing atmosphere in the middle of green meadows. Highlight of the apartment is the wellness area with sauna, freestanding bathtub and rain shower. From this you can also access the balcony directly from the bedroom. In the large kitchen-living room with dining area there is a pull-out sofa, over the hallway you have access to a separate toilet. Like its amenities, the apartment is completely new.

The comfortable studio apartment is in a quiet and sunny location with great panoramic views of the surrounding area. The apartment is renovated and can accommodate 1-4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and the spacious balcony also has a gas grill. The indoor pool and sauna area are also renovated and invite you to relax. The vacation park is located in the heart of the Upper Allgäu and is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, ski tours or swimming at the Alpsee.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Ferienpark Oberallgäu, House 1

The bright and light-flooded holiday flat "Ferienpark Oberallgäu" is located in Missen-Wilhams and offers you direct access to a ski lift as well as a wide range of summer leisure activities in the surrounding area. Within a few minutes' drive you can reach several skiing areas as well as hiking and cycling routes and lakes. The 47 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

Attic with sauna and gallery

This stylish place to stay is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. After an extensive hike, the sauna awaits for relaxation. The bed in bedroom 1 is equipped with a Dynaglobe air core mattress and can be adjusted to your needs by remote control. On request, 6 people can also be accommodated in the apartment. There is a mattress (1.40 x 2 m) in the gallery for this purpose. Access to the apartment is currently still via an easily accessible staircase.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Our holiday apartment is lovingly furnished – perfect for families. Pool and sauna offer relaxation after a day in the mountains. From the balcony you enjoy views. Directly from the apartment start hikes, bike tours or in winter cross-country skiing, sledding and skiing. A bar and playroom are part of the holiday park. Note 10.11.–5.12.25: Pool & sauna closed, some daytime renovation noise. Price greatly reduced in this period.
