We had a wonderful weekend with my family. The house was just like in the photos and everything you might need was available. It was a 2-minute walk to the beach and had a very cute pier belonging to the house. The host welcomed us warmly, we left very pleased. I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

I am staying at Mr. Erol's place for the second time. Two friends stayed here before, now I wanted to stay here with my wife. The reason I prefer this place again is the reliability and hospitality of Mr. Erol, beyond the location and view. You can find beautiful views elsewhere, but you can't find a loving host. Everything was sufficiently clean. Even the cats are peaceful. This is a place where we are happy. I hope that in the future, we will all be vigorous, cultured, self-improving, and respectful individuals like Mr. Erol. There is a lot to learn from cats. We would like to thank him very much for hosting us and for all our conversations.

A cozy two-story house in the village. Lots of nice little details in the design. The house has everything you need for life. A car is a must for traveling around the area. The house is located in a traditional village. You can feel the spirit of life of the villagers.

Tha house was so clean, central, good furnitures, comfortable beds. The owner was soo friendly. Everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here for the next time! ευχαριστώ πολύ

Well… how can one start … I had the best time and experience staying in Antonaras & Dimitris’ house. Dimitris met me when I came with the taxi at midnight and showed me inside, and was always (always!) available for me and my needs. I found myself extending stay 4 times and I enjoyed the stay to the outmost extent. I felt at home, it was perfect for me and my usage. I had a motorcycle so going down and up in the village was super easy. Dimitris treated me like his son and was super attentive to me whenever I needed him. I will definitely come back to stay with Antonaras and Dimitris.

It was simply a flawless stay. If you are going to the Assos, Behram area as a large family or with a group of friends, I highly recommend Mr. Emre's place. Everything is thought out and presented to make it a comfortable stay. Mr. Emre is very helpful with everything.

The location of the house and the well-maintained garden were very beautiful. It was in a quiet village that provided a local experience and was very close to every place to visit around Assos. Kitchenware was quite sufficient, the house was large and comfortable. We didn't notice anything missing, to be honest. We stayed with our dog and were very comfortable. We had a very smooth and comfortable holiday with a kind and warm welcome by our host. It was a really enjoyable house.

Mr. Ekin was very interested in everything, from the places to visit, the bays, to the places where we would shop, and he answered the questions immediately. It had everything from a dishwasher to an iron and a fan (only the air conditioner was missing). My advice for those who will go is to shop in advance like we did, because it is a village, you may not find what you are looking for. Thank you for everything

What a beautiful hidden gem!! The check in experience was great and Maria couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, also the messaging to and from Stratis was very clear. The studio itself was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The location is amazing, right on the sea front and perfect for sunbathing and peace and quiet! It was lovely to be able to use the pool at the hotel next door and I would highly recommend eating at the Taverna next door too - beautiful food and friendly staff. We would love to come back!!

Our hosts Evrim and Dila was always responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The house was perfect: wonderful view of sea and mountains, quiet and peaceful, within nature. House is big enough for 3 families, with lots of space. The village is so nice to walk. The beach is also cool, very friendly service, great food and a cold but crystal clear sea. We’ve even saw the dolphins. Internet is a bit slow, but mobile coverage is good enough, and you rally should avoid internet :) Interiors are lovely and tasty. Great big kitchen to cook. We didn’t need to eat outside. Just go to bazaar in Ayvqcık or Kucukkuyu, buy some fresh and juicy fruit, vegetables, even meat, and cook foryourself. In summary, we really loved the house, surrounding environment, and our hosts. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic and natural getaway.

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you are planning a quiet and uncrowded holiday. Especially the walks you will take towards the village offer a different panorama of Edremit bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and non-windy coastal area. We returned home with wonderful feelings and pleasant moments from this holiday we went as a family, and I plan to go again. A

First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

We spent 5 wonderful days in a beautiful house, away from noise and chaos. Dear Yorgos and his friend Theo are very warm and good people. They took care of us whenever we needed it. We had a peaceful holiday with our three dogs in a stone house by the sea, in a huge garden. We thank dear Yorgos and Theo. We recommend it to those looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday.

Hosts were very caring and kind! The house looks the same with the photos here and spotless clean. It has all amenities listed here and missing ones provided after requesting. The location might be challenging without a car,thanks to Mert Bey we were able to go to the nearest supermarket for grocery shopping. The beach is 6-7 min away on foot and the sea is super clean/shallow. Recommended for a quiet peaceful vacation!

Super friendly host, very welcoming and accomodating. Room was lovely and very spacious. Location is perfect. Kitchen was excellently stocked and shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable, balcony a good size and lovely decorated. Thank you so much. Highly recommend

A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.

I came for the second time in a month, and I felt like I was at home again. The special menu offered by the hosts Yasemin and Berkant one evening was also a bonus for this trip. She loved homemade pasta and shrimp with sauce. Starting the meal with local cheese and olives special to the Aegean is also like that :) Again, I will come again🍃

Right in the heart of Plomari, this wonderful place is an ideal location for those who want to be in the center to get to know its people, bustling, lively, in constant motion. Live in this house to live like a local with your neighbors. Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect… We find whatever we need at home… She made a few facilities for my baby which was so kind for us… Garden was like a heaven, landscape was fantastic…But the air condition system and wi-fi could be better… thank you for everything…
