Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

In unserem Garten vor dem Bungalow können Sie in der warmen Jahreszeit den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen und genießen die Stille, das Vogelgezwitscher und das Plätschern unseres Gartenbrunnens. S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Nur 30 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

The entrance is on the side of the villa with small forecourt and view of the private south garden. Small kitchen with dining area for 2 people, approx. 20 sqm bedroom with wardrobe, table, chairs, TV. Bathroom with large sauna, use cost. (€5). You can also use the cost of cleaning if needed. Regional and S-Bahn in 10 minutes walk. (9 min. Drive to Potsdamer Platz), bus within 3 min. Ent., shopping within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, organic shop, weekly market).

Welcome to our summer house in the north of Berlin! Perfect retreat in the garden, close to Alexanderplatz (25 min by tram/subway). The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.
