Wir verbrachten hier ein sehr schönes Wochenende. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was es braucht und die Lage ist sehr schön: eine gute Aussicht, umgeben von Schafweiden, ruhig und privat. Karin hat auf Nachfragen sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt! Es war sehr unkompliziert und wir fühlten uns mit unseren Hunden sehr willkommen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und die Landschaft ist top. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

This place is truly wonderful. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay. Very clean with modern amenities where needed. Beautiful decorations of historic pieces and local furnishings. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Appenzell and short drive to St.Gallen. The host is also great to work with. She is very kind, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay!

Wir können die Angaben der anderen Gäste nur bestätigen. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Ein Glück, an diesem schönen Ort sein zu dürfen. Unsere Gäste aus dem Ausland meinten :it feels like sitting in a picture... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful location even without leaving the house, just looking through windows or on balcony. But otherwise within 30 mins driving anywhere you go it's a pleasure, particularly if you like hiking. House is very comfortable and quiet, we particularly were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - even if we did not have food with us on arrival we would not be hungry 😀. So far I'd say our favorite area in whole Switzerland and great location. All kinds of local information is provided by hosts, including maps - very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. When we come back to Switzerland this is the area we would like to come back to most and explore further and this is the house we would consider renting first, if available. Host was also very responsive, which always is appreciated.

Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage wo sich das Häuschen befindet ist wirklich schön! Man hat einen klasse Blick auf den Säntis und kann direkt von der Unterkunft wanderungen starten. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, einizg die Vorhänge waren für uns etwas zu lichtdurchlässig. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

War nur für eine Nacht bei Ihr. Der Preis kann für die Wohnung in der Schweiz getrost höher sein ! Hat alles wunderbar geklappt, danke

Muito agradável o ambiente, limpo, comodidades além das anunciadas, para nós foi o que procurávamos, saíamos todos os dias cedo e retornava no anoitecer, tinha obra no prédio, o que não nos importunou nenhuma vez, o que inclusive foi motivo de preocupação do Sr. Marko. Ficamos 8 dias e retornaremos para ficar mais 4 dias. Muito obrigado. Frederico e Neli.

Roger’s place is an absolute hidden gem! The place was impeccably clean and had everything I needed, and more. It’s located in a peaceful and beautiful area at a relatively higher altitude, offering amazing views from all sides. The sunsets every night were especially dreamy. We felt lucky to have found this place and definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys the beauty of Appenzell. Thanks, Roger!

Great choice! Easy handling and everything as described

Leas Unterkunft ist toll. Im grünen Gelegen, direkt mit Blick über's Apenzellerland bis zum Bodensee. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Selbst ein kleiner Laden ist vorhanden, wenn man etwas braucht. Ausserdem gibt es viele Vorschläge was man unternehmen könnte und die Wohnung lädt zum Verweilen ein mit Spielen und Aussenplätzen.

Квартира понравилась — уютная, чистая, всё соответствует описанию. Единственный момент — при заселении возникли небольшие трудности: мы приехали ночью, и было непросто сразу найти ключ в ящике. Возможно, днём такой проблемы бы не было. В остальном всё прошло хорошо, остались довольны проживанием.

Frieda was so nice, and the place was absolutely spotless. I don't think I could have found a spec of dirt if I tried! Frieda was super nice and friendly and was a spectacular host. Highly recommend! It was a bit of a walk from the station if you plan to travel by train in Switzerland.

The location of this apartment is perfect for touring the Old Town of St. Gallen. Lots of historic sites, shops, and restaurants are steps away. It was a 10 minute walk from the main train station, so it was easy to access with no car. As stated in the description, there are quite a few stair steps to get up to the apartment. Felix was very helpful and prompt when answering our questions, and self check-in was easy with a key lock box. We recommend visiting Felix's shop on the ground level of the apartment. It had a nice variety of Swiss goods.

Wunderschöne kleine Wohnung von der man alles wichtige in Herisau zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Ausstattung war super und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist top.

Susanne est très accueillante, serviable et agréable. L'appartement est très bien décoré, avec un contraste équilibré de moderne et d'ancien. Contrairement à d'autres commentaires, les cloches de l'église située en face ne nous ont pas dérangés! A conseiller pour la découverte de cette partie du canton d'Appenzell. Merci pour tout.

Wir legen jedem die Unterkunft ans Herz. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schon, viele Extras wie Adapter für die Steckdose, wurden bei unserer Ankunft freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Hatten nur Kontakt mit Raphael, wo von unserer Seite die Chemie sofort gepasst hat. Wenn nochmal Schweiz dann nur zu Raphael und Diana❤️ Danke für alles 😘

Super tolle Unterkunft, und sehr nette Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Sollte doch einmal eine Frage oder ein Anliegen aufkommen, ist die Gastgeberin schnell erreichbar und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder!

Overall, the place was very suitable. I'm used to a lot of space so coming to Europe (from Canada) there is always a bit of a sacrifice. Irene's place is very nice and has a great view but there are a few things you should know. First, it's an old boarding house with lots of stairs. You're staying on the top floor so you will have to carry your luggage up 5 flights of stairs. You have the entire space to yourself but Irene lives on the main floor. You're on the 3rd floor. There is laundry but it's in the basement and Irene charges 3 francs. Well worth it and you have pretty much exclusive access. The view is incredible and there is a little deck you can stand on and take in the view. Kitchen is new and has everything you need. Irene even left some bread, cheese, meats and yogurt out for me. The location is on a giant hill but so is most of Switzerland so nothing out of the ordinary. There is a small store up the street but most things require a vehicle to get around.

Nous avons réservé pour passer un week-end entre amis. le logement de Thomas est parfait, charmant et bien équipé. Il faut compter un peu plus d'une dizaine de minutes pour aller au centre à pied, mais l'endroit est calme et la vue sur le lac est imprenable
