The house, 200 m², for 8 people is located in an exclusive location on the outskirts of Salzburg in a nature reserve, is very exclusively equipped and also has central air conditioning, underfloor heating, a whirlpool bathtub, physiotherapy and cardio equipment! In the courtyard there are 3 free parking spaces! When booking for 2 people, please only use the ground floor. By arrangement, you can also use the whole house!!

This large and stylishly modernized country house villa is perfect for families and friends with plenty of space to eat, relax and sleep. It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there is a lot of sun all around mountain views and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as close to the Bundesstrasse (soundproof windows available)

Located in the small idyllic town Walchen, with cows, fruit trees and its own small ski slope the Nagelköpfl for skiing and fun winter activities. Enjoy your freedom with your own garden, terrace and balcony with splendid mountain views. The ski bus stop and supermarket for fresh bread are just around the corner. Drive in 5 minutes to Kaprun or 10 minutes to Zell am See for skiing or use as your base for all the other activities.

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!

The ski slopes can be reached within a few minutes by bus or car. The basic rental price applies to up to 16 persons. After that a surcharge applies. Max 18 adults and 3 children (0 to 14). There is a heated ski hut with ski boot dryer. In the summer months MTBs / bicycles can be stored in this space.
