Our Top of the World Vacation Rentals can sleep up to 6 adults. They come with a queen in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, & two queen beds in the overhead loft area. The kitchen provides full appliances. RVs and Camping Trailers are not permitted to park at vacation rental parking at any time. Utility trailers hauling toys will require booking a second site due to extremely limited, to no overflow parking. Please call for details

The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom tiny home sleeps 6 with a king bed in the bedroom, a king in the loft, and a pull-out sofa. Enjoy a cozy kitchen, climate control, Wi-Fi, and a porch made for sunset views. First come, first serve parking is available for trailers and oversized vehicles. Though not pet friendly, this cabin offers comfort, charm, and a touch of canyon mystique. Five futons. If you have your own sleeping bag that works fine. If not I have sheets and comforters. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
