You will also find many cycling and hiking routes right outside the front door. The large fully equipped living-dining kitchen invites you to a cozy get-together. The sofa bed offers another retreat. 
Upstairs is the bright living bedroom with roof terrace, desk and double bed.

The approx. 28 m² Atelier Galerie Blau has been converted into a cozy duplex-style apartment with a separate entrance and small garden terrace. In the upper area is the sleeping and working level with a double bed of 180 x 200 m. On the ground floor is the dining area with a kitchenette and a sofa, which can be folded out into a sofa bed if needed. Right next to it is the small shower room. A washing machine is also at your disposal.

The listed building is nestled in a beautiful park landscape and offers a fantastic view over the valley – with the Odenwald right outside the front door. Ideal for hiking, biking or simply to relax and unwind. Dogs also feel comfortable with us thanks to the many walking paths right outside the front door.
