Holiday rentals with breakfast in Modica

We loved this beautiful apartment, large bedroom and bathroom with great wooden ceilings. Lots of character with beautiful fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable bed. Great powerful and hot shower. Lots of lovely toiletries available to use together with some food and drinks supplied. Such a lovely touch to our stay. Shared balcony was great to sit on and have breakfast and drinks later on. Situated in a fabulous spot in Ortigia, right in the heart of everything, lots of bars and restaurants yet very quiet apartment. Host responds quickly to any questions.

The flat is connected to main house but it has its own entry. We spent there only one night, but flat was comfy and clean. It has an interesting design but in good way. We had inside parking. The owners are very kind.

Lovely, friendly hosts who are very helpful and do their best to accommodate your needs and made everything so easy. The property is great value for money. The property was clean and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is great has everything you need to cook meals, washing machine room also next to the kitchen which is great. The property is 20 minutes drive from loads of great beaches. Lovely outdoor area to eat and relax. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is a light bright airy home, well appointed with pretty much everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The washing machine is available for an additional cost of €35 per week. A particular highlight of the property is the south facing veranda and pretty garden which cleverly provides both sunshine and shade at all times of the day with breathtaking sea views. The only disappointment was that the near-by swimming spot was not as described. The coast line is indeed 150m from the property but the sea is not accessable at this point. We watched some people clambering over rocks and boulders for about 200m to get to the steps down to the sea. Unfortunately this was not possible for us at our age and level of fitness. If you're young and fit it may not be a problem for you. Why 5 stars? The property is in such an idilic peaceful location. Sitting with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, on the veranda, looking out to sea, you can't help falling in love.

The apartment is spacious, very clean and in a good location. Massimiliano was available and friendly and nice little detail: the table was already set for our breakfast, with copious groceries available. Thank you very much!

A beautiful villa in a great location and Francesco was really helpful and accommodating. Just be wary of the stairs if you have young children!

Ottavias place was the perfect fit for us to enjoy the beautiful beaches and to calm down. Everything was exactly as described and Ottavia was very friendly and helpful with all the questions we had :) so we can highly recommend this place if you want to visit marina di modica 🙏

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The place is comfortable, convenient, and very close to the beach. There are also lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made daily life super easy. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Communication was smooth throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended 🥹🥹🫶🏼

The apartment was an ideal location for exploring Ortigia and situated right by the main market which was so useful. Anna’s communication was excellent and she was so helpful in giving local recommendations, as well as options for earlier check-in/later check out which was very much appreciated! The flat was lovely and very cute inside, and as described. I would 100% recommend and would stay here again!

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Ragusa was a beautiful place to visit on our road trip of Sicily, but what stood out the most was the welcoming reception from Emilio, the pristine rooms and picturesque roof terrace for breakfast overlooking the city. One of the very best places we visited. highly recommended

Roberto was immediately friendly and provided us with numerous tips and advice for spending unforgettable days. Roberto is an exquisite person, the apartment is very nice with a sea view, comfortable bed, private parking, pebble beach in the immediate vicinity and breakfast with a sea view. We had a wonderful stay in Ragusa Ibla — truly one of the highlights of our trip. The accommodation felt like a historic home, full of charm and character, as if it had belonged to a beautiful local family for generations. We had the pleasure of meeting our lovely hosts, Ondina and her husband, who welcomed us warmly and served us a delicious breakfast each morning. We really enjoyed chatting with them — they made us feel at home right away. The house is located right on a quiet little square, with two pizzerias/trattorias just steps away, which made dinner super convenient after a long day of exploring. Plus, it’s only a few meters from Piazza Duomo, and very close to everything you’d want to see in the historic center of Ragusa Ibla. A perfect place to feel part of the city’s soul.

Staying at Marta's beautiful, modern house was just fantastic. The rooms were clean and stylishly furnished, and the pool offered a perfect way to refresh in the picturesque surroundings. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast, lovingly prepared by Marta and Fabio. The landscape around the house is breathtaking and invites you to relax and discover. Marta was super friendly, communication was quick and straightforward. I am particularly grateful for the many helpful tips and suggestions to explore the area. I will definitely return!

We loved Alessandra’s B&B. An amazing view over the ocean and delightful hosts Simone and Alessandra. Great location near the far end of Ortigia. Great restaurants nearby. Our room and our stay exceeded our expectations. Grazia Alessandra for opening up your home to travellers!

The proposed accommodation was very well furnished and this was done while respecting the architecture of the existing. Gianni is very welcoming as is his mom. The premises provided (kitchen and dining area) are also well restored and beautifully furnished. Very nice and very warm people. A property that I would recommend.

Olga and Vivienne make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The place is a friendly divine oasis in the valley with birds, cats, horses and dogs all around the lovely pool. In an environment where nature feels still unaffected by human impact and our plastic waste. The joint breakfast with the other guests is a great start of the day especially as Olga is introducing different recipies of Sicilian breakfast every day.
