Nur im Sommer nutzbar ist das Pool (da unbeheizt). Wenn es nicht friert, kann der Whirlpool auch außerhalb der Saison (ab Mai), nur auf Anfrage, genutzt werden. Terrasse und Garten stehen das ganze Jahr zur Verfügung.

The apartment is quietly located, yet only 5 minutes away from the strong frequented pedestrian zone Favoritenstrasse and the subway. Even closer are the trams D, 11 and 6 as well as the bus line 14a. Other bus lines can be found from Reumnannplatz. The main train station is about 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by D.

We loved the apartment. it is beautifully laid out with plenty of room. Wel had individual bathrooms and great sized bedrooms with walk in closets. The tram station is very close and it's a straight journey into central Vienna which took about 35 minutes and there is a lidl close by. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday.

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.
