The apartment was modern and stylish, and at the same time cozy with a view of the garden in peaceful surroundings. It was clean and nice, and good furniture and bed. It was extra nice that the host had put out chocolate.

The location is great - newer, walkable area full of restaurants and close to the water. Inside was clean and included the travel crib and high chair we requested for our 10 month old. Staircase is steep, which was shown in the pictures, but took my 3 year old a bit to feel comfortable with it.

A very nice accommodation with high-quality amenities. But the most impressive thing is the breathtaking view, which you can also enjoy in bad weather thanks to the covered terrace. I'd love to come back!

Excellent host, excellent apartment. FYI: for those who have issues falling asleep at night, one apartment has the window facing a street where the trolley passes from time to time.

We have stayed in many ABNB and we can honestly say that this is in our top five. Trude and Werner have built this gorgeous accommodation that is modern, elegant and in the most beautiful setting with a stream running beside. The place was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, modern lighting and stunning finishes on all things within the apartment. What truly sets this apart are the hosts, Trude and Werner, who treat us like family upon arrival. They were incredibly gracious and generous. I hope we can reciprocate the amazing experience we had to them at some point. Do not look anywhere else for a place to stay here. You will be blown away. Trude and Werner, we will never forget our stay at your beautiful place.

Location location location... I wanted to stay in Sandvika, because my mother lived there for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the area and it feels like home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private, yet is centrally located, and easy to walk around the area for hiking, shopping, bus/train transfers, and easy to use trains and bus to connect to anywhere quickly. We had everything we needed, and were comfy and cozy and made ourselves at home. Very comfy beds. As described, the sleeping loft has a low ceiling. My daughter is not very tall and is young and limber, and was quite happy up there, but you probably don't want someone too tall up there. Host is very responsive and clearly communicates. They live in the house next to the rental, but we never saw them in over a week, so the rental is very private. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely sunsets from the deck.

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

I was there for 5 weeks. The view is very nice and you have your privacy. On foot you can get to a large shopping center quite quickly, there is everything your heart desires. In general, you can get by very well on foot. I didn't test the public transport. The host is very friendly and easy to talk to. He had offered to take me on a hike, which I also enjoyed. He gave plenty of tips on what to do in the area but also tips for longer trips. All in all, a very great 5 weeks.

We had an amazing time at Heidi’s beautiful home in Fagerstrand. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. Heidi is a wonderful host and an incredibly kind and helpful person. She made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a warm and thoughtful host!

The place was well decorated, modern and warm throughout. The rooms were separate, ideal for our stay and the private deck was a bonus also considering we had great weather during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of neat design features to suit the space. We felt safe and secure during our stay, and our hosts were great at responding to any questions we had. The accommodation is right in the heart of town and it was easy to reach Batterioya, Blindeskjaere, the shops, and the Ferry. All within easy walking distance. The bus stop was 2 mins away and it was easy to travel into Drammen and forward to Oslo centre. We felt as if the accommodation had recently been made ready for guests and there were a couple of possible improvements that could be added to help guests enjoy their stay. A microwave would have been a helpful addition and the small toilet needed a privacy blind on the small window. Overall we loved staying there and would not hesitate to stay again.

Very cozy house, plenty of space but still intimate. The fjord view for breakfast was wonderful! Nice streets to walk in. Jeanette was the perfect host. Kitchen with what you need. Nice modern bathroom. We'll take the trip again ☺️

Stayed there 9 months ago. It was a great apartment in a great location. It is still a great apartment in a great location and we would go again.

From the beginning, there was good communication via email and SMS. We were personally picked up from the train station and taken to the apartment. Great service. The apartment was huge, with a large living room and bedroom. The windows went from ceiling to floor, so it was very bright. You didn't hear anything from neighbors, you hardly met anyone. Very safe house. A downside was the non-adjustable air conditioning. After 3 days, we had gotten used to the noise (maybe we were too tired from the many museum visits and the fresh air to hear anything). Unfortunately, there was noise from outside in the summer time: the restaurant "After work" boomed with the disco basses up to the apartment. And the last night (Saturday before Pentecost) was really bad: the Akerhusfestning noise stage was set up, and from Saturday evening to Sunday morning at 5 a.m. this disco bass noise echoed over to us again. We couldn't sleep and had to get up again at half past four.....

The apartment is well appointed and very clean and comfortable. The location is really great…near shops and restaurants as well as being convenient to tourist attractions. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need. It's in a very pleasant and peaceful area, conveniently located for the train or bus to Oslo and there is private parking. Everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent and the self check-in straightforward. I highly recommend this place.

As usual, we arrived at a great apartment. Audun responded quickly to questions. We are starting to feel at home. 4 times we have been here.

The balcony is exceptional — a wonderful place to relax and watch the many activities of Tjuvholmen. And the location is great — two short blocks from a food store and vinmonopolet, many cafes and restaurants, the whole harbor to explore. Carina was a warm and welcoming host. Many thanks!

We stayed in Liv Elin flat for a week in December/January. The location is great, the train is next to the building so it's easy to go directly to Oslo or elsewhere. The view from the flat is amazing. The neighborhood is peacefull and beautiful. Everything was just as listed on the description. A cosy place with everything you need. It was just a bit cold in the rooms so extra or warmer blankets could be nice during winter for guests. Otherwise everything was great so I highly recommend this place if you plan to come in Oslo 🙂
