We really enjoyed our stay at Luis' house. The house looks beautiful and is very comfortable. The bed was wonderful! We were welcomed by Ana who explained everything to us and by a delicious bottle of wine. Luis is a good host and the house is very clean and tidy. The beach is within walking distance and the area is very beautiful. If we come on holiday in the area again, we would love to come back!

Our stay in the Pedreña apartment was exceptional. The views over the bay of Santander, with the city in front, the dunes of Puntal and the estuary of the Miera river, are impressive, even with mist. The location is unbeatable: a stone's throw from the pier where the boat leaves every half hour for Santander, which allowed us to get around without using the car (and park easily next to the apartment). In addition, Carlos is a perfect host: he responds quickly to any questions and offers recommendations for the area. We'll definitely be back soon.

The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Very nice house with a breathtaking ocean view. Located 300m from the beach it is a peaceful location. The house is very well equipped and there is serenity. The host is very nice and attentive. I would recommned this property

Clean and tidy house. Close to the beach and with all the amenities. 100% matches the description and photos posted. The only thing is to be careful if you are traveling with elderly people because there are two flights of stairs to access the rooms and the terrace. Area with restaurants and shops that provide you with all the services. Urban that brings you closer to the center next to the house. We would repeat for sure.

The cottage is great, perfectly equipped, with a garden and barbecue. Eva makes everything easy and is ready to meet any need. The location is great for car trips around the area, as you don't have to go through the whole town. It has supermarkets and services nearby. You have to take a car to go to the beach. If I had to choose again, I would definitely repeat.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Since we booked the apartment, he has been super attentive to our needs. Finding a place that allows you to bring three dogs is quite difficult nowadays, and here they haven't given us any problems, which makes it easier to relax. The house is as described, clean and with a modern touch that draws attention. The dogs loved the yard. We are sure that we will repeat without any doubt.

Maria Gemma is very attentive to leaving us an umbrella and fixing a problem with the light because there was a storm she answered us very quickly and the dogs were very good

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

a comfortable stay, and a wonderful place

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
