Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Kitchen fully stocked w/pots/pans, dishes, silverware, spices, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender & Keurig.(K-pods & cream) Internet, Smart TV’s in family room & all bedrooms. Central air/heating, fireplace, & reverse osmosis for drinking.

Grounds have ample parking for boats trailers, and personal water craft. You must see to believe! Our homes feature central air and heat, and are fully-furnished including all appliances, washer and dryer, TVs, WiFi and outdoor BBQ. Home also has incredible view of river and mountains
