Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Gîte de 2 personnes de 50m2 au rez-de-chaussée : Le logement sans vis à vis est situé au nord de la maison. L'accès se fait par un petit escalier. Il y a un jardin privatif clôturé au sud de la maison pour les animaux avec barbecue, table et parasol. Accès au grand jardin pour la balançoire. Le gite est situé au coeur de la région des lacs du Jura, à 200 m du port de la Saisse où la rivière d'Ain se jette dans le lac de Vouglans. Maison des anciennes forges des années 1900.

Beautiful 55m² apartment, quiet and sunny, close to all amenities, 10 min walk from the city center, 25 min from the ski slopes by car, 25 minutes from the lakes and 60 km from Geneva ( Switzerland). You can make very nice walks without taking the car (horse tail waterfall, flumen, donkey tail, Combes , Vuivre...). Visit the Cathedral of Saint Pierre, the pipe and diamond museum, the abbey museum...
