Donna’s Mid Century Modern home set the gold standard for my very first Airbnb. From her crystal-clear arrival instructions to her warm, prompt replies, every interaction was effortless. Crossing the threshold felt like stepping into a beautifully preserved time capsule: gleaming hardwood floors, clean architectural lines, and abundant natural light seamlessly blend with every modern comfort. The house was impeccably clean, the kitchen stocked with all the essentials, and the bathrooms stocked with plush towels and thoughtful amenities. At night, I sank into luxuriously comfortable mattresses dressed in crisp linens. Outside, the serene, tree-lined neighborhood mirrors the same MCM charm. Donna’s curated décor and thoughtful touches elevated the experience from fantastic to unforgettable. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and every detail of the decor celebrated the spirit of Mid Century Modern design.

Stayed for graduation at SAU and it was the perfect distance to the campus. The space was clean. The host was very flexible as we were able to add another night to the reservation two weeks before for the same price we booked, which was very nice of her!

We had a great experience hosting a bachelorette party here over the weekend. The property absolutely exceeded expectations and the host was awesome. Definitely recommend!

Shawn's place was clean and very comfortable, right down to the beds! The decor was lovely and inviting! Shawn was prompt with responding to messages. The king bed downstairs was perfect for me and my daughter. Upstairs had a queen in one room and 3 twins in the other. Please note the stairs needed to climb in the pictures to get in to the house. We will definitely choose to stay here if we are in the area again. Thank you, Shawn!!

I visited Davenport for my son's wedding and stayed at Prabhdeep's home for 3 nights (June 2025). The property was perfect for my needs - centrally located for all events throughout the weekend. The property is exactly as advertised, a very nice main living room area and two very roomy bedrooms. I took advantage of the very large separate office as well. The beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of closest space and all kitchen appliances seem to be very new. The driveway was perfect for our two vehicles, and the home is in a very nice neighborhood. WIFI was strong, and Prabhdeep communicated well with door lock code prior to our arrival. I appreciated the coffee that was kindly provided as well. Prabhdeep clearly takes great pride in his property, and I recommend it highly to anyone visiting Davenport. Now that I have family in Davenport, I plan to stay here again in time.

We enjoyed our stay at Emily’s. Her home is located close to a very cute area with several restaurants and bars (all within walking distance). The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the AC. It is clear efforts are being made to update the home and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

Everything was exactly as described and located in a safe & quiet area. One thing to note… the upstairs bedroom is in the loft part of the townhouse with two big windows and a balcony overlooking downstairs. This lets in a ton of natural light, so you may want to opt for the basement bedroom.

The Lone Star Loft was WONDERFUL! This Airbnb is up there with the best I've ever stayed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! Sheila was a phenomenal host. We will be back!!!

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

A well-appointed Airbnb perfectly for 1-2 people. The kitchen and bathroom may be small, but they are supplied with all you need. It’s clear the host actually thought about guests’ comfort and needs. I had an unexpected family emergency during my visit and Nicole was very understanding and flexible about the situation as I had to extend my reservation with little notice. This eliminated one stressor during a really bad situation. One note: the Airbnb is directly across from a church. Parking on Sunday mornings is a little tricky.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the view of the river was an added bonus. Wonderful location for breweries, restaurants, and lovely movie theater.
