Lovely kitchen with most of the amenities and walking distance to the grocery store. If you want to go out and run or walk, there are several nature trails and cool nature. Båtebacken's cafe is nearby and it is walking as well as cycling distance to cafes, restaurants and swimming on Styrsö and Donsö.

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
