Beachfront holiday rentals in Monastiri beach

We have toured the entire island and I believe it is the best private location on the beach that you can find on Paros. Private access to the beach on 2 sides of a peninsula is simply incredible. The host's recommendations were relevant and appreciated. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace, balcony and beach beds. I travel regularly with AirBnB and this accommodation is amazing, we would go back without hesitation.

From the minute I met the hosts at the ferry port I knew this vacation was going to be special! They are both so warm and welcoming and I now have new friends for life. The home was the ideal place that I dreamed of...it overlooks the Aegean Sea, just 10 minutes outside of the port city, close to a grocery market and numerous beaches. The sunset right from the porch or from the shore is heavenly and different every night. There's a path down the cliffside right to the water. The home itself is exactly as it appears in the description and the pictures. I absolutely plan to visit here again as this home is exactly the relaxing environment I was hoping for. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s place! The location is perfect and the home is even better in person than in the pictures. We were able to walk from the port and throughout the Chora with ease. Marianna and Vasilis were so lovely and responsive, which just enhanced our stay. I hope to return soon. Naxos is a beautiful island!

The place is very nice - white house with blue windows and pink flowers. The location was perfect to reach with our rental car (which we could park right outside the door) and between a variety of beautiful beaches within walking distance. From the bed as well as from the terrace you could see directly to the sea. Communication with Stella was very nice and easy. She welcomed us with a tray full of food. It was cleaned daily and even the towels were changed. The only negative point was the mosquitoes. A fly screen in the window would be useful.

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

Great stay, an island full of beautiful surprises and an apartment with very good value for money, everything was great with an attentive host! A big thank you, and see you soon!

The place was beautiful and amazing and the view was gorgeous! The pictures were very accurate. It was very clean and spacious. Marina and Maria were very responsive and helpful. It is a very peaceful place. It is up a very steep hill and you need to rent a car as it is not walking distance to anywhere but the beach. You could walk 2 miles on the beach to Plaka which had plenty of restaurants and beaches. Delivery takeout is a possibility from Wolt and they were very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend a stay here for the amazing views and the amount of space.

This home is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, spotless, modern, comfortable and well worth the price. The host left many restaurant, beach, and day trip recommendations with sample itineraries and helpful maps. It is slightly outside of the town center and is therefore extremely peaceful and private. And, like everyone else has said, the view of the sunset is absolutely unmatched. We would recommend this place to anyone else who is coming to visit Naxos.

Absolutely perfect stay, felt very luxurious. Bed was super comfy, and it was great having a full kitchen & apartment in our unit. The pool was lovely, and right by the ocean. It was a short 10 minute drive into the main town, and we could easily get to everything we wanted to see on the island. Maria who took care of us had great local recommendations which we loved.

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas' house. Ideally located, with breathtaking views of Parikia Bay, the house is just an 8-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute drive to the port and its shops. Andreas is an attentive host, always available, responsive and very kind. We will keep an excellent memory of this sunny interlude and will return with great pleasure to enjoy the sweetness of life at his place as soon as possible!

Giorgos Villa was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We felt right at home. Cold AC, hot showers, clean house and comfortable beds. Sunsets were the best we’ve ever witnessed. Giorgos met us at the location and provided us some starter food and basic amenities that he didn’t have to. He also dropped by fresh vegetables from his garden which turned into some amazing Greek Salads! Thank you for that! I highly suggest you consider this Villa as the property and host are second to none. Thank you for making such an amazing trip for my family.

We spent a week with my spouse, son and parents. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated. The exteriors with its 2 terraces are very beautiful too and not overlooked. We would recommend it in a second. Thank you Stella for a lovely experience.

The villa was amazing with beautiful views and just a five-minute walk from the beach. Kiriaki was an outstanding host and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by recommending excellent local spots and restaurants around Naxos and even arranged a car rental to meet us at the airport upon arrival. We were also grateful for the flexibility of an early check-in. I highly recommend this beautiful villa for anyone visiting Naxos!

We have greatly enjoyed our time in Ruby of Naxos. Nice room with all amenities you need. And of course the wonderful swimming pool that we had a view of from our balcony. Within walking distance of the boulevard of Agios Prokopios and the bus for Naxos town is around the corner. The super attentive hostess Betty welcomed us warmly and made us feel very comfortable with a welcome basket and tips for nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa and Thanasis’s place! Lisa was very friendly and welcoming, greeting us warmly when we arrived and also when we left. The views from the property were absolutely amazing. The pool was a really nice touch that we enjoyed throughout our stay, perfect for cooling off on warm days. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. We highly recommend staying at this Airbnb if you’re looking for a comfortable and beautiful place with great hosts. Five stars all around!

Can’t begin to describe how amazing her place is and she was a host. The location is very quiet and private but still just steps away from the beach and shopping center nearby. Paros is gorgeous and we rented a car to see every corner of the island and feel her place was the best to stay and relax. She was helpful and responsive and her place seemed absolutely flawless. We will surely return 😊

This stay was absolute heaven. Very rarely do you see beautiful photos and the reality matches the description. The room was even larger than what I had expected and all of the decor was adorable. The patio was one of my favorite features - my husband and I often got our freddo cappuccinos to go or bought a bottle of wine from the Capriccio restaurant (also owned by Loulianos’ wonderful family) and took it upstairs to enjoy the view. The room was incredibly clean and the features were great! There was a wet bar with a small fridge and sink that had all the amenities we would want. Little glasses, a bottle opener, cutlery, and even a welcome bottle of prosecco, water, and Coca Cola. Our check in process was also seamless. Loulianos ordered a car for us and they were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Our driver even took all our bags up to our room. The location though is the best part. We felt central to absolutely everything. Thank you for an incredible stay!

The place is exactly as pictured! Decore is lovely and makes you feel like you really in Greece. Location is in the heart of the action, steps from restaurants and the harbor. We took the day trip to Delos and it was right next to the departure! Host was lovely and offered to allow us to keep our bags after checkout. Finding the place is a little tough cars aren’t allowed to drive right up, the host is super responsive and does their best to walk you to the apartment so you can find it easily. I did hear some parties around 3am, but it wasn’t loud enough to wake me up or keep me from sleeping. And no one in our group of 4 was disturbed. I highly recommend to other travels!

This place was just as described, and easy to find. Great location! Everything was walkable especially the port, beach and great restaurants. I originally was only staying Naxos for 4 days but ended up extending my stay for another 3 days. I was so happy Mario’s place was available for the additional day! I fell so in love with Naxos! The airbnb is perfect for one person or a couple. As a solo female traveler I felt safe overall in Naxos, and equally safe in the airbnb/location. Mario was pleasant and provided excellent recommendations for a straight 7 min wake to the port (I island hopped from Naxos), restaurants, beaches, places to etc etc. There was no time that I was in the airbnb and wanted something and it was there, ready for use. In fact, there was so many things thoughtfully placed throughout the places that I didn’t even use (chocolate, wine, coffee, etc). Ill be back in Naxos and will be staying here. Anyone, I know coming to Naxos will too! Highly recommend!

Lovely place with fabulous balconies! In a great spot.

Host was great and responsive. The place is in a great location easily accessible to the quaint old town in Naoussa and with a balcony view of the sea. Perfect setup for two couples. Second floor so be aware of steps when you come and go, also no handrail which could easily be added for safety.

This place was absolutely fantastic, with an incredible view of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere. Everyone in the area was so friendly, and we really enjoyed the local restaurants—great food all around. The Airbnb can be a bit tricky to find at first, but the host eventually sent us a helpful video with clear directions that made it much easier. Cristi was unfortunately recovering from COVID during our stay, which made communication a little challenging at the start. However, she made sure her partner was there to greet us later, which we really appreciated. We arrived quite early, and Cristi was very accommodating with an early check-in. She arranged to have the place cleaned quickly so we could settle in without further delay. She also recommended a taxi service, which turned out to be a great suggestion—the driver and company were both friendly and reliable. I would absolutely recommend Cristi’s place in Paros and would love to stay again!
