The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

You are in the middle of the vivid night life but in a quiet picturesque alley! Our Central Loft has WiFi, A/C, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 electric plates for cookin. It can accommodate 3 guests in one double bed in the "attic" and one single bed in the living area. Enjoy Paros day and night life from inside!!

Also the main entrance is from the main market traditional settlement where all the shops are.It combines all the life and at the same time relaxing and quiet (because cars and scooters are not allowed from 19.00-07.00) for those who really want to stay at the best spot of the town! Even during the day this street is super quiet!
