The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Access to the leisure base and its activities included in the rental. 35m2 chalet, 15m2 covered terrace, garden, swimming pools(see website of the leisure base for schedules and modalities in summer season and out of season)/swimming lake/slides/fishing lakes/Waterfun (paying extra because activities independent of the base), entertainment and food truck within the residence in summer season.

The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

Welcome to the Laguépie pavilion, born from our interest in architecture and the desire to offer our family a vacation home in our native region. Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities.

Equipped with FIBER, a plancha and a barbecue, a very large screen, a new kingsize bed, another mattress in 160 new. Close to 4km from the leisure base of monclar de quercy, the beautiful village of Bruniquel, the city of arts and history of Montauban ( 15 min), Toulouse ( 50 min), my house will be a starting point to discover and enjoy this beautiful region.
