It is a spacious, well-lit house. Located in the quiet area of the entire center of the state 45 minutes from Cuatrocienegas, with very easy access to the road. The carport is always open for guests to use, they can arrive at any time, close the gate to keep their car in case you want it for more privacy, or not have to download work tools. the car is 100% safe inside the carport. lots of privacy. two spacious rooms, two bathrooms and laundry

Complete house in private area with garage: We bill

House with two bedrooms, each with a double bed and mini-split. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The ground floor has a split system and ceiling fans. The area where it is located is private and has an electric gate. Garage for up to two cars, it also has a backyard, living room and dining room with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Very close to Monclova galleries and close to convenience stores.

The Pearl

Very centrally located to the best parts of town. Main Boulevard just 2 blocks away. Walking distance from restaurants and stores. Mall is under 10 mins away by car. Parks also 10 mins away. Cuatro Cienegas is between 45 mins to an hour away. Pet friendly with a fee. Queen size bed and a full size sofa bed for 2 extra people. Dogs allowed with a fee but no cats sorry.
