Casa nostra è a due minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di mondello. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata, finemente arredata e ha il parquet. Dal salotto sempre pieno di luce si accede alla cucina e a alla grande terrazza con vista sulle montagne, dove è possibile mangiare, fare la doccia, rilassarsi sui lettini e godersi serate splendide. Questa è una casa che abitiamo anche noi per 3 mesi l'anno e ci piace ospitare persone che vogliano questo tipo di esperienza su airbnb: reale!

Villa Tina offers all kinds of comforts, a modern infinity pool surrounded by a green lawn, relaxation areas with a table and chairs. Inside we have a comfortable living area with TV, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a kitchen with an equipped island, with a coffee machine, a dishwasher , a breakfast area and a TV. Upstairs we find two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The villa is 5 minutes from the renowned beach of Mondello and 10km from the center of Palermo.

There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.

My house is located on the Addaura seafront, inside a residence, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Very bright and spacious, my house consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. A single room and two other bathrooms. A terrace facing the Gulf of Mondello overlooking the sea, equipped with a sitting area, dining area and fitness area. Ideal for savoring your moments of relaxation while enjoying the view of the sea and dreamy sunsets.

The villa is located on the Addaura seafront, the northern coast of Sicily a few km from the center of Palermo and the beaches of Mondello and Vergine Maria. The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.
