Holiday rentals with breakfast in Moneglia

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

It was just great at Massimiliano's! A warm, always accessible host. Even at 5:45 in the morning on the day of departure, he prepared a delicious breakfast with smoothie and crostini and drove me to the train station! I was allowed to use one of the bikes for 4 days, which is worth its weight in gold to me! The room I had is bright and airy with its own balcony. You can sit in front of the house, where Massimiliano served breakfast. You can use the well-equipped kitchen. Great. Pine forest and beach Maurizio (you have to go there 》Stefano and Claudia are totally nice and warm and the beach not too expensive) are close, and the bar 4/20 Electricafé, also a highlight. Cool people, great music, delicious burgers. If you like Syrian food, you should definitely go to Dal Siriano. SO, I was completely happy & satisfied with Massimiliano and Alessandra - but unfortunately I did not meet them personally. I would love to come back to Viareggio and to Massimiliano!

It was an amazing experience, we liked the view and the house itself a lot.

We had a great time, the place is even more beautiful than in the photos including the view and the terraces. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and very responsive.

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We felt super comfortable and would also recommend the accommodation. Thumbs up, thank you Michele 👌🏼🥂

It was a wonderful experience, in a house that to say perfect is to say little: private parking, house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating out thanks to a private terrace. All this is set in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher shop and even a pharmacy! All within a 3-4 minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Excellent stay at Perzetti! Our host Alessandra kindly agreed to welcome us before the official check-in time. She is a welcoming host and always very responsive in communication. The house is full of charm, very well-equipped and very comfortable. The small private terrace with mountain views is really nice. We also had a parking space in the property and access to the garden. The environment is very soothing and the house is quiet and relaxing. Thanks again to Alessandra for her hospitality!

Lorella’s place is wonderful! It had all of the space and amenities that my husband. 2-year-old and I needed. It was larger than I expected with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen/eating area and a wrap-around balcony. Loved the walkability of Lavagna. The apartment is within a 10 minute walk of anything we needed. She had great recommendations for restaurants! Thank you Lorella!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The location is excellent (about a 10-minute walk to the train station), which made it really easy for us to visit Cinque Terre, our main goal for the trip. The host, Pina, was extremely helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Franc made us feel very welcome in this cosy Airbnb. It is easy walking distance to the train-station which is a real bonus in this area. You really feel the vibe of the location and is in a great position to do all the fantastic walks using the local C.T pass ticket. Franc was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. We would love to go back if possible. Wee note. - if using a mobile phone for communication during travelling you loose communication regularly with all the tunnels so best to make arrangements before you get on the train.

Mauro and his wife are extremely friendly and responsive. He offered back and to airport pick up for us which made our life so much easier. They only spoke Italian but there's plenty of English instruction within the house, and they gave us plenty of local recommendations. It was a lovely little flat, water pressure in the shower is brilliant, has everything you need in the kitchen too. The location is extremely convenient especially if you love the old town, everything is within 10-15 mins walking distance. The building has lift but when we stayed, there isn't aircon, only a fan on the ceiling. At night time it was cool enough when it's on. Overall would 100% recommend and definitely will stay again if we visit Genova again.

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed the apartment next to the bell tower overlooking the harbor. Marco is one of the good hosts on this platform. You can tell he put a lot of thoughtful effort into preparing it for guests.

This place is quaint, authentic and makes you feel right at home. It was the most comfortable and I-feel-like-a-local-esque Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Federicas home made my trip to Europe actually sink in and feel real. She so kindly offers her actual home for people to stay in to truly enjoy their trip to Genoa. Marta, Federica’s cohost, was the host kind and welcoming and warm presence as she let us in and gave us the grand tour. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Wonderful location, authentic homey vibes, and wonderful people. 10/10

Fabiana is a lovely host, very caring, very kind, beautiful attentions... In short, a very nice person! We were with our two-month-old son, and she did everything to make us feel good. The accommodation is ideally located, with the beautiful square right next door, the beach 5 minutes' walk away. In addition, we have a residence card to park, a real pleasure! We recommend the Grotta Azzura to discover this beautiful region in peace!

Gorgeous knock your eyes out views from this property! Close to Vernazza but if you are my age (mid-60’s) pay a porter to carry your bags up to the property!

Cristina and Gianpiero’s place is the perfect stay for exploring Cinque Terre! The room is spacious and adorable with a great seaview, and the bathroom is well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were so many thoughtful details that really made our stay exceptional, not to mention the delicious breakfast we enjoyed each morning. They are extremely kind and friendly hosts and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Our stay with Roberto and Antonietta was beyond exceptional. Beautiful house and garden, stunning views, top-class hospitality and delicious Italian breakfast. We only booked it for one night so that is the only disappointment we have, it is worth staying multiple days!

We loved staying at this B&B. Felt at home and loved the beautiful flower pots at the back entrance that greeted us every day. Great breakfast of delicious Ligurian focaccia, cake, yogurt, and good coffee. The room was so spacious, luminous and equipped with everything: comfy bed, side lamps, small fridge, cutlery, dishes, teakettle, table with chairs both inside and on the balcony. The beach was perfect, with no waves. Like a giant sea water pool. Most of all, we loved Mirella and Paola's warmth, kindness, and knowledge of the area. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend. We had a lovely stay! Breakfast was a total highlight, it was delivered to our balcony every morning to enjoy! Raffaelle was extremely responsive and helpful, we felt right at home. It should be noted, if you are going to make the walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage, take the route a car would take, NOT the walk your phone will tell you. It is only stairs and gravel for 10 minutes straight, it’s nearly impossible to haul your luggage up. Lastly, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the AC was a much needed plus at this time of year. It was exactly what we needed and the hospitality exceeded expectations, totally recommend.

Beautiful stay in Corniglia!! When doing research you will see many people trying to steer you away from Corniglia, but it was our favorite place we stayed during our 2 week vacation to Italy. While there are daunting stairs there is also a shuttle bus that runs regularly throughout the day that can bring you up to the town. Cristiana is lovely. She recommended some great local spots and the focaccia at her bar is to die for! We hope to be back next time we are in the area. Corniglia and Cristian’s bnb is a little slice of heaven!
