This little house in the forest has a long history. After many years of restoration, I decided to offer it to travelers. It is isolated in the middle of nature with a deep view of the Chavanon Gorge. Access is via a pedestrian path. It's a 20/30-minute walk to get there. On site, high-performance solar equipment and all the comforts necessary for your stay. the "Coussières" gîte, between calm and nature

The "Des Coussières" gîte is located in Courteix in the heart of the Millevaches Plateau Regional Natural Park in Limousin and 45 minutes from the Auvergne volcanoes. If you want to meet with family or friends, the gîte can accommodate up to 8 people in the middle of nature, with many games for children. The gîte has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Different options are available. Pets are allowed but the garden is not enclosed.

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.
