There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large and airy living room and a backyard with an area to relax amid fruit trees, birds, a swimming pool, hammocks and a barbecue area. Our Wi-Fi signal is great and the TVs have internet channels. There are 3 parking spaces, a refrigerated water filter and ceiling fans. Nice, family-friendly house, feel welcome!

The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, providing personalized comfort, while the living room is ventilated, ideal for relaxing. The beach is a 5-minute walk. I don't stay in the house.

Chácara with pool, barbecue, football field, mini fishing, 1 km from Belmira Novaes beach, close to bakery, supermarket, pizzeria. The chalets are simple but cozy, they each have their bathroom and kitchen, with a refrigerator, stove and basic utensils, TV, ceiling fan, wifi and optional air conditioning. Bed linen and bath towel required. We accept pets. Children up to 7 years old no charge.
