Holiday rentals with a patio in Monmouth County

Dave and Marisa are exceptional hosts. They are thoughtful, responsive and accommodating. This home in Neptune was the perfect getaway for me and the family. Well stocked kitchen with clean and tasteful decor throughout the home, easy walk to the beach, and Neptune…what a gem! I will definitely return.

clean, cute place walking distance to a few places in Highlands. we went to Sandy hook and took the ferry to NYC. the apartment itself is as described, clean with working AC and cute. the pool was very clean, there is moderate road noise outside the deck.

Mohammad's place is newly renovated, clean, and it was easy to check into. The location is perfect for anyone who is in town for Rutgers. The place is within a short walk of the NJ Transit train which you can take from NYC or Newark airport. It is also walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and the Rutgers campus. However, given its downtown location, it was a bit noisy and bright at night. Overall, a great value and a great location.

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

beautiful location! the bay beach right outside is so peaceful and was perfect for our toddler. the views are amazing and the neighborhood is so peaceful. apartment was perfect for what we needed. had all amenities. Ronald was so responsive. Walking distance to great restaurants and such a bikable area. our pack and play perfectly fit in this space

it was a wonderful time no issues during the stay and I hope to one day stay again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Compound! By far one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into furnishing and amenities provided. Would could not have been more comfortable and had everything we could possible need! The home was spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully with gorgeous pieces that are extremely functional and comfortable. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and high-quality. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the basement was stocked with beach chairs and towels. Lynn clearly put lots of thought into the space and has a keen understanding of small touches that offer added value. The garage/pub was such a nice bonus! I spent a few days working out there and the wireless router extender means strong wifi for remote work. Can't beat a flexible indoor/outdoor space. 10/10 can't wait to stay here again!

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

Home is in fantastic shape. Has everything you need for cooking to making sure you have beach chairs for the beach. Everything is walking distance. Home is spotless and provides plenty of towels and toiletries. Plan to rent next Memorial Day. Owner responds immediately and goes out of his way to make you feel at home.

Brand new house, place was spotless. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Backyard is great and fenced in. Plenty of space to hang out and relax. Would definitely book again, Pamela checked in on us daily during our stay with flexible check in/out.

Our stay in Sea Bright was better than expected. The house was large and very clean. The distance to the beach, stores, shops was excellent and easily walkable. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and helpful. This was hands down our best Airbnb stay, yet!

Loved our stay!! Had everything we needed, was super clean, and a great parking situation (coming from a group with parking anxiety). And honorable mention to the shower’s water pressure!!!!

The was an amazing rental. Very clean spacious and the play room for kids was a must !!! Gaurav was very responsive and was able to check in early the day of which was amazing. The street was very quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the badge chairs and umbrella which were included with rental was such a life saver. This was also a quick 5 min ride to belmar… would 100% recommend this rental and looking to book again in future

This stay felt right. Local to family in town, very accommodating when needed. Super understanding. The blankets, couch everything was so comfortable and clean. There was not much to worry about because there were stores less than 10 minutes away, and we only utilized this space for overnight purposes. Will recommend entirely!!

The property was extremely cared for, clean and well decorated. The location is a few feet from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Charleen is very attentive and proactive as a host and the instructions are clear. and simple. We appreciated a clean vacuum cleaner to keep the place tidy. The laundry is easily accessible and we enjoyed a basement that is dry and in order. There is literally everything in this place to enjoy your time. On of the best I experienced. If not my top one in 11 years on the platform. Well done!

This is my 3rd time staying here. I love it! This place is cozy and peaceful. Easy to get to and close to the beach.

Stayed with my father and enjoyed an extremely comfortable Airbnb stay. Freda was prompt and accurate, making check-in and communication effortless. The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with clear instructions throughout. We loved the calming living room view of the spacious lawn and trees. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore.

Stephanie is a great host. Great communication, offered.flexibility on checkin/checkout and was very proactive and responsive. The place was spotless and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and it's quiet at night so we got great sleep. We were there for the Sea Hear Now festival and had a great time people watching on the porch after the shows. The location is a short walk to the beach and Convention Hall. I have no complaints. It's expensive. but so is everything in Asbury. For the comfort and convenience this place is A+.

Lovely apartment and fantastic location - 2 blocks from the Asbury Park beach, playground across the road and easily walkable to the town and restaurants, as well as Ocean Grove beach! Lots of great restaurants nearby and a really fun beach with splash pad, boardwalk and more. Stephanie was so helpful and responsive, and has beach passes, chairs and towels for everyone in the house! It was well air conditioned on a hot weekend, and had a lovely simple, clean living space to enjoy hanging out with kids or friends, a well kitted out kitchen, and outdoor seating on the porch with a grill to enjoy some time at home if you want a break from restaurants! We had 3 kids under 5 and had a wonderful time staying here! Would happily return!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.

This was an awesome spot. Perfect location for me being close to the project I’m working on. Close to everything I needed. I would definitely come stay again!
