You will enjoy off-street parking, locked storage for your bicycles and even sometimes eggs courtesy of my hens. (Update- retired my girls and hoping for new chicks soon.) *I adhere to all recommended cleaning/sanitizing protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. I keep the house unrented for 3 to 5 days between guest stays.

Spacious, open living room. A brand new kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Follow the path to the back of the main house, here you'll find a beautiful space with large windows and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the warm gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. Make meals in the generous farmhouse kitchen. Sorry no full-size oven. Relax on the paved patio overlooking the wetlands and listen to many birds. Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.

Talk to the host about groups larger than 4 for additional aerobed option. Your lovely hosts may be on site during your stay but will reside in the lower level of the home during your visit. Hosts are quiet and respectful of your space. There is no crossover between guests and hosts.
