Holiday rentals with beach access in Monopoli

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. It was a perfect size and setup for myself and my husband, and my parents. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us all the space and flexibility. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the terrace was so wonderful to spend breakfast and happy hours sitting outside enjoying the surroundings. The location is absolutely amazing, easy to get to the edge of the old city where we could park the car and in the perfect balance of walkable and lots to do but not in the craziest loudest parts of the city. It was just so charming. NOTE: for those driving their own rental car, like us, note that you cannot park within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (you have to park in the new city, but this apartment is close to the edge!) so just something to know when thinking about transporting suitcases and groceries, etc. Parking can be extremely tricky and limited, but somehow we lucked out! We ended up putting in the cafe “Mezzopieno” as the destination to find parking.

We had a great time staying here in Polignano. The area was amazing, so close to the centre and lots of delicious places to eat. The house was just what we needed and we loved the roof terrace. Domenico was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We’d love to stay again!

We were very pleased with our stay. Host Giacomo was very responsive and always answered our questions very quickly and satisfactorily. The apartment is optimal for two people, very tastefully decorated and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare small meals yourself. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. My family and I stayed at Livia’s apartment during our stay in Polignano a Mare and this was our favourite stay during our entire trip to Puglia. Andrea was so kind and went above and beyond recommending restaurants and places to see and visit during our stay. On our first night it was late when we checked in and he helped us get a table at a very popular restaurant. The apartment was so clean and spotless. It was also very modern and spacious. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed as well as beach towels and drinks! It is in the most perfect location as it is a short and easy walk to the main area. If you’re visiting Polignano definitely stay at Livia’s apartment.

Marta’s place is exactly as in the photos and is super clean. It is decorated with an airy, beachy vibe, very lovely. Marta was extremely friendly and responsive, and she quickly resolved a minor matter by bringing us extra pillows and linens. The location is good, and it’s important to know that this location is on the edge of town, not in town. It’s a short easy walk to town. There is construction going on, but it was never noisy. There is no designated parking and the small lot behind the apartment is public. Fortunately, we never had difficulty finding a space, but it is possible that could be a challenge in high season. The upper deck is lovely with a great view, however, it was too windy to spend any time up there. A great experience all around. We can’t say enough about Marta’s hospitality and how pristine the place is! Thank you, Marta!

We love our stay. The place is super comfortable and cozy. The location is great and easy to access, while not being a noisy street. Rafaelle and his wife welcomed us very well and gave us good tips about Polignano. Rafaelle took us to a local cafe, always very helpful. Highly recommended.

11/10 spot! Amazing location, incredibly friendly staff (Maira was so lovely), beautiful views. We had a fabulous stay with our 2 kids and would book again in a heartbeat. We miss it already!!!! Really walkable and in the mix but also had privacy. Truly a perfect experience.

It’s a great accommodation bang right in the centro storico! Great restaurants nearby and Irene is so helpful with everything! I had a great stay and definitely will stay here again when I come visit again :)))

Luigi’s place was wonderful. We greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen that included bottled water, yogurts, cookies, and many other goodies to enjoy. The location is great. Very close to the center of the action but far enough to be super peaceful. Note, there are steep stairs particularly to the second bedroom. We didn’t have any problem with it but it’s not for everyone. If we are back in Ostuni, I’d love to stay back at this home.

Wim’s place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a family vacation. It was nice to be away from people and to finally relax. Stefania was kind, helpful, and personable. The home offered what we all needed. We cooked the majority of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wim was proactive, and provided a complete guide to all things Puglia. Unplugged and unwinding is the way of life in Serranova.

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

We had a wonderful stay in Liliana's appartement. It's close to the historical center, shops and the beaches. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay a few days to visit Monopoli.

Spectacular!!! Perfect apartment, super well decorated, impeccable in the smallest details!!! Ideal location, in the heart of downtown Monopoli with access to the best bars, restaurants and boat trips. All within meters. Anna was extremely helpful, kind and polite. Basic items such as coffee, water, soda and cookies were available to facilitate the stay. I could easily spend the whole month in Monopoli, in this apartment.

Can't say enough about how nice Andrea was. He met us at the street and had saved us a parking space close to the apartment. Walked us the short distance to the apartment and gave us a tour of the place. He provided the best welcome package of any of the places we stayed on this trip. Water, snacks, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Proseco. He's a laid back, kind person and wants his guests to have a good time. He also sent us on our way with three bags of tasty local treats AND a cute little jar that per local custom is supposed to bring good luck. It definitely worked as I had misplaced my wallet and had turned the place upside down looking for it before he arrived. Within five minutes of receipt of the jar of luck, my wallet was found!! Thanks Andrea! Regarding the apartment, it has good AC, a nice little balcony from the top floor and all necessary kitchen items. The unit is spread out on four floors, so you'll get your steps in. All in all a great stay in Bari

This place is like a time capsule 100 years back. Set right on the beach, amazing property with great views of the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was that WiFi was not working as internet lines were down and our phone reception was minimal too, so we had hard time connecting with friends/family or even things like streaming music and planning our trips to surrounding towns. The host is great and very responsive.

Absolutely amazing place, and one of the best views for the sunset and sunrise in Polignano a Mare. We stayed a week and the house is incredible, with the sea view, balconies, roof terrace and rooftop. Walking distance from everywhere. Jacqueline was nice and very helpful, gave us plenty of good tips. Lots of steps and tiny bathrooms but we loved them too.

This apartment was exceptional. Very well thought out. Really well equipped and lacked nothing. There is lovely art on the walls. Eva was a pleasure to deal with, had great advice and recommendations. It is located slightly (10 mins) from the old town and we preferred this, to be in a characterful neighbourhood with loads of local cafes bars and restaurants. We had a great time

A magical place, in the true heart of Polignano, close to everything to do everything, embedded in the stone as per tradition, with a large terrace that is truly livable to crown a dream. Mariella is a wonderful person with a rare availability, we will return very soon and we will recommend it to anyone

We had a truly wonderful stay at Vincenzo's place for two nights in early May. The apartment is beautiful, light and airy and the terrace overlooking the sea a great place to relax. The bed was super comfy, and we loved listening to the waves at night! Water, oil, balsamic and some nibbles supplied, a Nespresso style coffee maker (and a small Italian coffee maker) and a few coffee pods. Everything was clean and fresh, we didn't cook but there was ample equipment. There are two flights of steep and narrow stairs from the street. With small cases we found it difficult to get them up the stairs without banging the walls, it would be tricky with a large suitcase. There is another flight of narrow stairs from the bedroom/bathroom level to the kitchen, then one double height step to the terrace. This was not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Anna was really responsive and helpful with local suggestions and well spoken English.

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel like home. Small culinary attentions awaited us, two bicycles that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, without forgetting the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything, including the barbecue. You don't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc... They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that is to go back. Thank you for allowing us to have a good stay. Brigitte and Victor

We loved our stay at Giorgio’s place. He is by far our favourite host. Lovely welcome gift and a farewell breakfast The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great shower and kitchen with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Netflix available for the end of a big day. Giorgio is always available with help when needed and made our stay in Bari just perfect. Thank Giorgio, you’re the best.

The city is exciting and the accommodation allows you to walk through all the central points with tranquility at any time. Market next door, proximity to the center and a beautiful waterfront! We went by car to visit neighboring cities and it was essential to rent the garage separately with Vito, it is almost impossible to park in the neighborhood (the spaces are reserved for residents or non-existent). I emphasize that the house is a unique environment with a partition between bedroom and living room. Vito offers a special check-in and guides you on the main tours, restaurants and reservations.
