Apartment holiday rentals in Monopoli

We completely enjoyed our 7-night stay at Casa Gimmi and hope that we will be able to return someday. The apartment is spacious, airy, and very comfortable with great light. We loved the location--a two-block walk to a seaside park with Gianluca's wonderful fruit/vegetable market and other amenities nearby. We were so thankful to stay outside of the much busier centro storico, but it was a close walk when we wanted to explore. Parking within one block of the building was very easy on the weekdays. Had to park further away on the weekend, but we still found free parking. Monopoli was a great home base for exploring other parts of Puglia.

Lovely stay in the heart of Monopoli. Couldn’t think of a better place to spend three days in Old Monopoli, the balcony view over piazza Garibaldi and its activities was worth every penny. Would book again if visiting Monopoli. Thanks!!

Nice and cozy place to spend a few days in Monopoli. In close proximity to central part as well as a train station. Clean and tidy. Enzo was really helpful with all advices and recommendations. Would stay there again!

We stayed at Roberto's place for almost a week as a jumping off point to explore Puglia. The apartment is beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice. It's spacious, clean, central and easy to access. The only thing to note would be that it is minimally stocked, so you will need to grab all your kitchen essentials (like olive oil/spices etc.) and paper towel/toilet paper. Not a negative, just something to note! We would absolutely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay here. So close to everything - the station, the old town, the beaches and restaurants and cafes. Elisabetta met us on arrival and was so helpful and kind. On our last day she dropped us some home made chocolate tart - AMAZING!!! We loved Monopoli and this was the perfect place to stay.

Beautiful apartment in close proximity to the main centre, the water and restaurants. Vito was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Would recommend for a few nights in Monopoli!

Rossellas house is located within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) from Castro Maria. The house features two beedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and several terraces overlooking the see. When longing for a swim in the see you can go to Cala dell´Acquaviva which is a small but very lovely beach located just a few minutes from Rosellas house. At Cala dell´Acquaviva you find a kiosk and a very good restaurant. You can also go to Castro Marina where the old harbour has been turned into "swimming-area". Longing for more urban activites, you will reach Lecce be car in approx. 40 minutes.

We were greeted personally at the apartment which was perfect after a train delay. Wonderful location and excellent recommendation for coffee and sweet treats for breakfast Boccia Pasticceria. Thank you for everything.

Perfect location, near to the old and new part of the city. Everything was great. The flat was better than at the pictures. Cleanness & equipment great.

Amazing appartment with large balcony. The place is really comfortable to stay for a longer period (washing machine etc available). We only stayed 2 nights but wish we couls have stayed longer. Close by the city centre (walking distance, 15 mins) and is also in a lively neighbourhood.

I can say that it's the best Airbnb I've ever used. It's a really short walk to the beach, but it's in a quiet place. Now, 5G internet is also working well. And the host manages the house himself, so it's really clean. I feel sorry for wearing shoes. And Adriana is really, really kind. Everything is perfect, I highly recommend it!!!

We absolutely loved this place. Clean and beautifully renovated. The balcony overlooks a stunning piazza. It’s a walk to the old town but situated in a great area with lots of yummy affordable restaurants!

Very clean and modern accommodation. The host met us at check in - always a huge plus - explained how things worked and gave us some insider tips about Monopoli. If you are driving we suggest you always allow generous amounts of time to find a park. Bari in particular is a minor nightmare. Monopoli is a good place to base yourself when sightseeing in the Puglia region. Good hosts.

The city is exciting and the accommodation allows you to walk through all the central points with tranquility at any time. Market next door, proximity to the center and a beautiful waterfront! We went by car to visit neighboring cities and it was essential to rent the garage separately with Vito, it is almost impossible to park in the neighborhood (the spaces are reserved for residents or non-existent). I emphasize that the house is a unique environment with a partition between bedroom and living room. Vito offers a special check-in and guides you on the main tours, restaurants and reservations.

andrea has been, since booking, many are available. The accommodation, located on the seventh and last floor in a beautiful newly built building, is spacious and with a spacious terrace where there is also a bicycle. Quiet apartment.

Had a wonderful stay in Villa Particolare. We stayed in the studio for 2 weeks. Beautiful clean space and everything available! Beautiful, quiet area near Martina Franca. Peter and Anita are very warm people. They gave us many tips about the area. We felt completely at home!

Annachiara welcomed us and was always responsive to our requests. Casa Carucci is an excellent discovery: beautiful place, very well maintained by Antonio, who gives an extra soul to this place. He is a person of great kindness and generosity. This stay would not have been the same without all his little touches: Milskake, ice cream, bruschettas and refreshing drinks as well as the vegetables from his garden made available. We can only advise you to stay there. We'll be back without a doubt :-)

Active professional host, information is sent in advance. The listing is true to the photos provided and very clean. The setting with terrace and swimming pool are great. Everything has been tastefully done. At the arrival of fresh water and fruit, appreciable after a long trip.

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

We were guests of Anselmo and his wife Katja for a week and felt at home with friends. It is a wonderful property and Anselmo showed me around his great property and showed me everything. I was also able to try mulberries and medlars. He has built a lot there himself and in addition to the beautiful infinity pool with natural water, there are also two trullis that I was able to see. Katja and Anselmo are always there with help and advice and we felt very comfortable. It was like being with good friends. The terrace and the apartment are very nice and offer a lot of space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The entire complex is very nice and quiet. It offers a great view of the surroundings and wonderful sunsets. We spent wonderful days at the great Oasi di Pace with Anselmo and Katja and would have loved to stay much longer. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Good morning I stayed in this apartment recently. Very clean house, helpful and kind owners made me feel at home, even in the village and the people at the entrance in the guardhouse were helpful and friendly. In the evening by the pool they always organized something. I would say that if it weren't for the fact that my car broke down and this year the shuttle service didn't leave from the village, they would have been perfect. Simona
